BOTH MY DOGS LOVE THIS TOY! ITS HARDER FOR THEM TO GET TREATS OUT THAN YOU WOULD THINK. HAVE HAD OURS FOR 3 YRS AND ITS STILL IN GREAT SHAPE & MY DOGS ARE BIG DOGS.

sent this home with puppy buyers for their new pup. you put treats in it and it keeps the pup busy and out of mischief.

My dog recently had a tooth cleaning which was very expensive and I thought this would help keep the tartar of his teeth. I filled it with treats but he would not go for chewing on it. Perhaps his mouth is too small, this is probably better for a larger dog. Mine is a pug/Chihuahua mix, a chug. Had to return the item.

My dog loves this! I put about 12 small treats in it and they don’t just fall out—she has to work at it with her teeth. Takes 20-30 minutes so she’s exercising her brain while scraping some of the tartar off her teeth. This is a perfect, inexpensive toy.

This works as a slow-feeding ball but not as a toy to help your pet stay entertained. My dog gets the treats out within 7 minutes.

My toy poodle loves to play with this. I fill it up before I leave for work. It doesn’t show any wear and tear after months of use. She has very good teeth for an 8 year old dog.

Smaller than I thought it would be.

  9. Rated 5 out of 5

My dog (chihuahua) absolutely loves this ball. It keeps him busy for hours at a time with the treats in it. The dog trainer recommended mental stimulation type toys for him to play with because he’s cant really exercise due to back problems and he has a lot of anxiety and energy built up. This does the trick to tire him out.

  10. Rated 3 out of 5

    JMC

I believe this item would have been better suited for a smaller dog. My dog is 70lbs and destroyed it very quickly.

  11. Rated 5 out of 5

My dog loves this ball. I put her food in it not treats

  12. Rated 5 out of 5

My dogs love this! If I could give any feedback I’d say to eliminate the hollow hole in the middle and make the cuts deeper for the treats to go in but it keeps my terriers busy and they love it

  13. Rated 2 out of 5

    JLO

It worked good to hold the treats but she pretty much was able to tear the whole thing up in one sitting.

Can’t find my min pin any toys she likes. She starts to play with this but then gets bored. Not a bad product, just not her thing.

Dog was able to tear it apart the first day we had it. He’s a 70 lb Golden Retriever. Quality just isn’t there.

I gave this to my dog and she is still going at it 30 minutes later! She typically looses interest after a while, but she’s loving it! I’d definitely recommend for any dog, especially those who have major treat incentive!

  17. Rated 5 out of 5

    xxclare

My dog loves it! I usually put treat pieces in deep enough that he can’t easily get them out, and it keeps him busy for quite a while. And when he’s given up, I can take the treats out, and my dog looks at me like I’m his hero. Good…

  18. Rated 3 out of 5

Can only put small treats in here – it doesn’t hold anything remotely large. By small I mean less than 1/8 an inch big. And that still might be too large. If you get it though and don’t use it to put treats in, it’s very durable and my dog loves the texture.

  19. Rated 4 out of 5

    Brianna Edwards

This toy did not hold up for our 75-pound German Shepherd, and was too large for our 5-pound Chihuahua. The dogs did enjoy the toy, though, and would have been great for medium size dog.

It smelled really bad. REALLY BAD. Even after washing and letting it air out. Skeptical about the “non-toxic” claim. I was really excited to see if my dog liked it, but I won’t risk giving it to him. Returning item.

My dog loves it, it takes him a little while to get the kibble out, and it’s easy to clean. Only con is that it’s a pain in the butt to fill with kibble, since you have to stick each one in there individually!

    Eva Golden

My dog didn’t like it. Unfortunately it was a waste of money. It just didn’t work, she couldn’t get the kibbles out.

Nice treat-giver for dogs who want to be entertained more than I’m willing to entertain them myself. I smoosh slices of hot dog in it for my finicky lab mix.

  29. Rated 5 out of 5

Very durable. Usually my mastiff/pit/weim mix can destroy anything in minutes. This thing stayed intact for 3 of my 11 hour work shifts while he was home alone plus he played with it a bit when I was home then he only got a small piece off, its still usable more than a week later

  32. Rated 4 out of 5

    on Customer

My dog is absolutely obsessed with this toy. It’s worth 5 stars as far as her enjoyment goes. I’ve been putting her kibble in it, and this keeps her entertained for over an hour at a time. She’s learned to ask for it if I put her kibble in a bowl instead by running back and forth between me and her food bowl until I transfer the kibble to the ball. It’s also been durable so far. I purchased this a few weeks ago, and so far, there is no sign of wear. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is for overall design. The grooves are very deep, at least for my small dog (I got the 2.8″ size). This means that when she pushes the kibble too deeply, I have to periodically readjust it so she can reach it. I would have preferred a toy that I could give to her and not have to periodically adjust. But this ball is still pretty good, and I would purchase it again.

    Tom & Kelly

Dog enjoyed this but I think a raccoon stole it. Held the treats well as entertained fido for hours.

  34. Rated 3 out of 5

    on Customer

The toy had bits of dirt on the surface and within the teeth. My dog isn’t a chewer and it’s hard to get her to play with toys. She quickly loses interest when she can’t get the treats out and the ball keeps rolling away from her. Maybe she’s just slow at learning how to play with it but I feel like I’ve wasted more money on things I’m trying out for her.

It’s smaller than I expected (smaller than a tennis ball). But it worked with our puppy. Takes almost as much time to stuff the dog food into the cracks as it does for the puppy to pull them out.

My dog isn’t able to use many toys. This one kept her busy and slowed her eating.

  40. Rated 5 out of 5

This ball is so fun! My dog is on crate rest for heartworm treatments, so I’ve been getting toys that are crate friendly and prevent boredom. This was a great find. He loved it, and it held his attention for a good while. It is also much more pliable than I thought it would be, which makes it very easy to clean.

My dog seems to really like this toy tho I notice since he’s a small dog that hes not able to get at a lot of the treats. I did put peanut butter and some kong cheese in which he loved. Very durable and he carries it around when empty as a toy.

  47. Rated 5 out of 5

Crazy durable, and my dog es me by getting into those hard to reach spots. You can alter the difficulty which is cool, and she gives me my space because she gets so into it. Exceptional product, glad I purchased.

Very well made but it was a bit hard for my JRT to get the food out. It was supposed to be challenging but the food would lodge deep down and it was impossible for my dog to get it out. She ended up just chewing on it.

I have a 6lbs yorkie and he physically can’t get the treats out of the teeth because the rubber is too strong for him…. the ball is also too heavy for him to carry. This is definitely a big dog only type toy.

My dog chewed through it in one day! I was expecting it to be more durable and it only lasted one day, He did love playing with it for those few hours until I had to take it away because a piece broke off. Glad I was supervising him while he was playing because I was able to prevent him from eating it. With that being said my dog is not an obsessive chewer.

  60. Rated 5 out of 5

color size and description all accurate!. Loveeee the color! the teeth are very rubber-y and soft just strong enough to hold the treats but soft enough to clean the teeth w/o hurting the gums of my Aussie! size is great its roughly a smidge larger then a tennis ball and smaller then a soft ball. the whole in the center goes all the way through so you can put doggie KONG treat cheese or peanut butter inside for extra motivation :).

My little 15 pound schnoodle who is a huge chewer loves this ball. The treats fit easily into the various openings and takes her a bit of time to get them all out so she stays occupied for some time. It’s just a bit larger than a tennis ball. Love it!!

  78. Rated 4 out of 5

Unlike what the seller claims, the ball is not indestructible. I have a 70 lb Golden Retriever that destroyed the ball in about 10 minutes. He is certainly an above average chewer, but I’ve had harder chewing dogs. I feel misled and, at a minimum, want my money back. Buyer beware.

  82. Rated 2 out of 5

I found this ball when searching for interactive dog toys. This toy seemed like a good idea to keep my dogs occupied but when I received it I quickly realized I could not fit their kibble in the grooves. So, I filled it with peanutbutter and froze it. Kept my dog busy for about 30 minutes and that included the time it took her to tear it apart. This ball should be advertised for small dogs, and maybe even cats. Also, there is nothing about it that works their brain, just their tongue. I wish I never wasted $10 on it.

  83. Rated 2 out of 5

    Putter

Although this seems like a good idea, it only lasted an hour or or so. He loved it for sure. But he already chewed off bits of the rubber, and he’s only a 6 pound, 4 year old dog…not a pup. I sure didn’t expect him to tear this up so easily and so quickly. For a dog who’s NOT a chewer, this is a great idea and could provide a lot of fun. The pieces of kibble don’t stay in well unless they’re really shoved in. One other reviewer said she puts in peanut butter and freezes it for a bit, and that sounds like a fun way to use it. I would have tried that next if my little guy hadn’t already rendered it useless on the first day.

  84. Rated 4 out of 5

This is very well made, feels like a durable toy that will last. Our puppy isn’t super interested just yet, I think mostly because it is a bit too challenging for his little puppy mouth to get the treats out just yet. So I’ve put it up and will reintroduce it in a few more months. I can see most dogs probably living this thing!

I bought 3 interactive dog toys for my pup to help wear him out mentally. This is by far his favorite. His shows no interest in the other two. He not only likes to eat out of this one, but he likes to play with it just as a toy. I was suggested by a trainer to have him eat out of these interactive toys as opposed to feeding him straight from a bowl as we are in the process of dealing with separation anxiety and he needs something to mentally wear him down. The only downfall to feeding him out of this toy is that you have to sit there and put each piece of kibble in between the teeth. It takes about a minute or two to load up. Other than that- he seriously loves it.

When I leave the house I like to give my Jack Russell a lot to do, she loves this ball. She is an aggressive chewer so I thought the ball would be toast in a day or 2. It doesn’t even show her teeth marks. Trust me she tries her best to tare it up. She loves this ball.

Smells absolutely horrendous!!!. I washed it, left it in baking soda, washed it again… smells so bad I left it outside. A week later i could still smell it 100 ft away. And the smell is suuuper toxic so I would never give it to my dog. What the heck did they use to make this thing?? Absolutely thumbs down! 👎

My dog really likes this ball and it keeps him entertained for a good while. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the overwhelming plastic smell of the ball. I had to wash the ball several times and let it air out for over a week before I could let my dog play with the ball.

It’s fine, but our puppy just isn’t into this toy, even when it’s stuffed with treats. She likes to bite things that squeak, so it’s probably just a dog personality thing. It seems well made and the little teeth hold small treats well.

My dog loves that it also bounces but it tastes time to get treats put in the slots. It’s annoying (to me) the time it takes to fill with treats so most of the time I just bounce it around and play catch. I’ve tried pressing in a handful at a time and even tried rolling it on the treats but it didn’t work out.

  99. Rated 5 out of 5

    Insert clever name here

My dogs love them! I give them the ball loaded with food in the teeth as a playful snack between feedings. They’ve held up for about a month and both my beagle and my girlfriend’s westie are aggressive chewers.

Plus, the company is very easy to deal with as there was a mix up in the delivery times but they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and got what I ordered. I originally bought this item for my parent’s dog and once the toy arrived I decided to give it my cats. My cats sniffed the toy and absolutely loved it! They began to play and try to get the treats out with their teeth and paws. It was too cute so I ended up keeping the toy for them to play with.I have been using this toy for months and here is what I like about it:1. Fun and great way to keep dogs, or in my case cats happy and active2. Fits most small treats inside3. Helps pets work for treats4. Soft and gentle materials to keep pets safe5. Well made and durable6. Teeth holders are great and you can place the treats close to the front to make it easier to reach or deeper in the ball to make your pet work harder! This is a great idea for most pet owners! My cats LOVE to play with their new toy. The toy is rewarding and keeps them from chewing other items around the house. Both of my cats will play with this toy for hours until all the treats have been eaten.I always supervise my cats while they play with this toy just to be safe. I am glad I ordered this and kept it for my cats.Enjoy the pictures (:

Good ball for my puppy to chase, but I’m not sure if the treats add anything … at least that’s what I have noticed for my dog. He plays with his other (regular) ball just as much as this one, so I don’t think he really cares about the treats stuck in this ball. But, this one is well made and I think it will last a long time.

I haven’t actually given it to my dog yet. It’s going in his Christmas Stocking. Yes, I’m that doggy mom! 🙂

This ball is ingly well-made. It’s easy to fill with treats. I use it for my Muscovy Ducks, and I like it a lot better than the Kong brand treat holders (the triangular nubs hold the treats in better than the Kong slots). Also, I believe the ducks would be able to pull the little nubs off easier than a dog, but they haven’t even made a mark on them. I’m very happy with how durable it is and it is very easy to clean (again, the ducks make a bigger mess than a dog would, since they pull the ball into their muddy pool and fill it with dirt) — you just shake it off in some water briefly and pat it dry and it’s ready to fill again. You can pull the sections apart easily with one hand and drop in the treats with the other, or just push them in one or two at a time — both methods are easy and result in lots of fun for your pet.

Definitely keeps the pup occupied, but only until the treats are reduced to crumbs and then she can’t reach them any longer and simply gives up. Maybe it’s just not her thing. I will use it periodically, but it’s not her crate treat toy. It also takes a lot of work to get the treats stuffed into it enough so that they don’t just fall out.

Great product- my dog loves it. I just have to make sure I don’t push the food too far down into the grooves. Super fast shipping g as well.

Dogs love this. Ball bounces and is good for “fetch” games. Only problem is that they cannot really get at the small treats at the base. Still they are having great fun with this ball. I would recommend.

Had a little difficulty with the shipping but the customer service was excellent. Ball is as expected…a little tedious to load with food but works well.

This is a good alternative to a dog bone to keep my dog entertained. Shipping was fast and it is easy to put the treats into the ball. I use cat food as the treat.

I was a little nervous when I saw how small this ball is. My dog is plus-sized (Newfoundland over 150 lbs) and I was worried about him swallowing it, but so far he is happy to just chew.I thought I could squeeze the ball to put treats inside. I learned that it doesn’t really squeeze, but I could separate the sections and easily add kibble and small treats (I used . I was a little hesitant to give it to my dog, but he loved it. It kept his attention for about a half hour while he chewed to get the treats out. They kind of turned to a mush and were not able to be gotten out by his plus-sized tongue, but he enjoyed trying.I was given a sample to review. I am very happy to say that it is one of his favorite toys. Cleaning the junk out of the corners is not that easy for me, but I am happy with anything that keeps him busy for any length of time.

While this rubber ball is designed for small kibble to be placed within the “teeth” of this toy, I wanted to try this more as a fetching toy. The teeth make this an easy ball to grab for the dog, and I can even fling it by placing my pointer finger in the middle of the ball. I chose red because red seems to be my older GSD’s favorite ball color. While this isn’t a big bouncer, the ball does move well due to the almost five ounces it weighs. As advertised, there is a faint aroma of mint to the rubber. The 2.8″ in diameter (the size of a baseball) make this a small ball for my shepherds, but it’s an easy ball for them to pick up and chew on because of the groves. It’s made from two symmetrical sides seamed together.Free sample provided for review.
