I purchased this dog crate bed for our large dog crate that we purchased from Midwest Crate. I had previously purchased one when we purchased the crate in May from . This was to be my “back-up” so that I could wash the first one and rotate them. The mat arrived today and the dog destroyed it within 3 hours. The quality of the materials & sewing workmanship is poor. Since the Midwest makes wonderful crates I didn’t even questithe quality of their pet beds. To my surprise when I looked back over all my orders I discovered that my first purchased pet bed was a Frisco Quilted Fleece Pet Bed from the site. Buy the crates from but do not buy the pet beds.

I loved this bed at first. it fit my dog’s crate perfectly and i loved that the edges came up a bit to make it more comfortable. however after a month of use, i can say the fuzzy outside is not good quality. Every day i have to pick clumps up off the floor and off of my dog. I also found the bed flattened a little bit after a month of use. Not totally uselessly flat, but i wish it was still as fluffy as when i ordered it.

Slightly less plush than I expected. I really bought this as extra padding to put under my dog’s cuddler that we keep in my home office. While this product looks gorgeous (I got the gray) and feels so soft to the touch, there isn’t as much padding I would have liked. My home office has hardwood floors and I wanted extra padding for my 20lbs Shihtzu.

I have purchased thicker, comfier beds in the past for my dogs, but for our newest puppy, who still has accidents, we decided to go with a cheaper lightweight dog bed. This is soft and cozy but has a thinner pad so it dries and cleans very easily. The thicker dog beds take forever to air dry. I bought the sheepskin finish and it pills a lot- I might try one of the other finishes as our pug gets older.

Bed is huge, but if it lasts long enough she will grow into it. The white one sheds a bit she rolled around and then had fuzzies her but it’s okay it’s not for overnight sleeping just for her to hang out during the day. It’s not thin but it’s not thick I think it’s fine for what we are using it for. Too big for where I want it but for the price it’s all good. I don’t know how lit will last but it doesn’t appea to be bad quality

I bought this for my fat cat Cheese, he must be around 18 lbs (he’s just big boned!… ok no he’s kinda fat). I showed it to him while he was laying my bed and was like “Look Cheese, I got you a new bed!” Then I put it the floor and walked off for a few minutes. When I came back he was happily laying it, which is very satisfying. This bed is Cheese approved!

my fat cat loves this. i got the 22″, bc another reviewer had mentioned it fits my specific cat carrier perfectly – even though my cat is long and about 17 pounds. well i didn’t even put it in the carrier (well i did for a second, and can confirm it fits perfectly), i just put the living room floor, and she loves to curl up it. i didn’t even have to put cat weed it, she’s totally into it. just moved it to the bed and she’s snug as a bug in a rug it. debating getting a bigger one for her too, but may just stick with this since she seems to love it i got the white fleece one,

Nice pad for my cats. I use it outside the patio chairs. I made a quick envelope style cover out of fleece which needs no edging seams as fleece doesn’t unravel and can be washed and washed. These pads will last a long time this way. I haven’t used them in a carrier yet but they should do fine. Great value.

This is the worst pet bed that I have ever purchased. I have a maltese and I cut his hair to about 1.5 inches long and even at that length his hair started to get big knots from sleeping in this bed. It also started to shed huge chunks of the fur from the bed. Not a good purchase and I do not recommend for long hair dogs.

I ordered two of these beds in two different sizes, one of each of my puppers. 5 stars from the both the Pit Bull and the Jack Russell Terrier. My Jack, Charlie, loves it so much in fact, he’s already chewed it up in to tiny little pieces… But they look super comfy, in fact the children (that aren’t fur babies) asked if they could lay them… lol.

  11. Rated 5 out of 5

I ordered this too small but my buns seem to like it anyways. I can’t use it in what i wanted to use it in so i just ordered a bigger size its way. As far as the product in general: so very nice. The pink is so pretty and it’s very comfy for my bunnies and nicely made.update: I received the bigger one and it is really great.

  12. Rated 5 out of 5

It is not very thick but it does the job of providing a plushy barrier between our pup and the bottom of his crate. Our pup is not a big chewer so this bed is still intact. I can’t say that this is chew proof for those pups that love to chew everything, but for our purposes this bed is perfect. The sides really add a nice cushithat our pup can rest his head and he loves it.

The tag hasn’t even been removed and yet big sister Sophie is already trying out the new bed. The problem is it isn’t for her, it is for the new 2 1/2 month old puppy. We actually had to put it in the closet so Sophie wouldn’t think it was hers. The crate bed looks thoughtfully made and has faux-fur fabric the top and a skid-proof liner the bottom. We were a little disappointed as it isn’t as cushiony as hoped but for the price we can’t complain. Today the crate will arrive so Samsthe puppy will provide the only feedback that matters! Will update if needed.🐩🐾

I have to say the material is very soft!! I like that. I was disappointed that it doesn’t seem to have any filling in it where they lay. It is very flat. I guess that is a plus so that when they stand it doesn’t make them taller in the crate but it would be nice to have a soft cushiwhile they lay that hard surface.

  15. Rated 4 out of 5

I bought the largest size available, and am happy they had something in the 50-inch range. It looks nice. I love the cinnamcolor. Seems well made. I bought it off of warehouse used product and it looks brand new. My only gripe is how thin the bottom is (its 2 layers of fabric basically). Having said that, my mastiff likes it.

  16. Rated 1 out of 5

Very thin! I bought something similar recently, actually a bit larger for the same price from chewy. I was hoping this would be same quality. I need it for a crate and I don’t want to spend much bc my dog will shred it in a couple months. This one was so thin it can’t be comfortable or supportive. Also the light blue color looks so gross and dirty very quickly. The tan color ones last longer and actually look cleaner.

  17. Rated 1 out of 5

Very disappointed with this. I washed it once after having it for a couple of weeks-(cold water, delicate cycle) and it fell apart. Literally. I had foam stuffing all over my laundry room and inside my washer. So the product was junk and gave me a bonus of having to clean my washer before I could use it again. I was refunded quickly which I appreciate but that was the only positive thing I can say.

Decent crate bed, not much padding apart from the edges. If you are looking for something comfy for your dog, this is not it. If you are looking for a general crate mat that keeps them off the cold hard bottom this will work fine. While this bed doesn’t hold a lot of heat like the pillow beds do, my Saint Bernard puppy still prefers the cold bottom of his cage to sleep during the night. As he outgrows it I will be searching for a different type of bed for him since he likes cooler bedding.

I have a husky/lab rescue pup that was in need of a bed. From his reactito the bed I gather a few things. It must have a good taste because he ate a small portiof it. He is definitely proud of it because he decides to carry it around and show new people that he meets. It must also be comfortable because he snores like a chainsaw at night and I need to wear earplugs to block it out.As he grows ill be sure to order him the same brand in a larger bed.

This bed works great for my small Yorkiepoo. I bought 2 so I can put one through the wash while I bathe my dog and still have a bed for him when he’s all clean. They’ve both held up really well! He chewed holes in other beds really quickly but after quite awhile he’s only gotten a tiny little tear in this one. I think the less fluffy base has helped.

My dog loves it. I have a 3-year-old German Shepherd/Rottweiler Mix weighing at 110 lbs and he couldn’t be happier laying in his bed. My issue with the bed is washing and drying it. No matter which settings I use, how often I turn it inside out, as the bed dries it picks up this musty clothes smell similar to it having been left in the washer for a few days. That smell then passes to my dog and permeates throughout the house. The bed also sheds quite frequently. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, so I’m hoping it stops shedding sootherwise there won’t be much bed left.

This is a beautiful pet bed, soft, well made, pretty. HOWEVER the descriptistates 18 X 12 X 2. Actual pkg. insert states clearly 17 X 12 X 2. The one I received is 16 5/8/ X 10 5/8 X 2. Useable space approximately 13 X 8. If you have a very small pet, this will work fine, but for my 10.75 lb. kitty, there is no way she will fit and it is much too small for her 18,75″ carrier. Yes, it will “fit” an 18″ carrier, but with a lot of space left over all around the bed. I contacted about my concerns and they promptly refunded my money. I didn’t even have to return the item. Thank you for great customer service.

We chose this model because it fit the wire kennel we bought and the raised padded perimeter rail seemed like a nice feature. But the base layer has hardly any padding (maybe a 1/2″ sheet of foam inside) so we wound up buying a layer of 1.5″ foam (bed topper) and cutting a piece to fit underneath this mat. There are no zippers this model, so none of the padding can be removed and any extra you buy can’t be inserted. One the upside, it washes well and dries quickly. But I’m not happy that my dog cage has an extra layer of foam visible to compensate for this one being so skimpy.

I ordered the white and the blue beds for my pup. They seem to be a comfy, well made beds. However, the white one has relatively high pile and with a little scratching, my pup gets tons of fuzz balls off of this, which she eats and then proceeds to throw up. The material the blue bed is different and she is not able to scratch fuzz balls off of it, so from my perspective, the blue one is way better even though the white one looks more plush.

We paid 10.88 for the 36 inch white fleece bed/mat for our two BIG cats to share. It was an instant hit. The low bolster edge is perfect as a chin rest and comforting to be slightly closed in. We haven’t washed it yet, but it looks like it will be no problem to throw in the washer and dryer whenever needed. We were so pleased with it that two days after it arrived we ordered a second one for another room. I can see how these beds/mats would be great as kennel or carrier liners but we use ours in the house as cat beds, one a large dresser and one a large ottoman or the floor under the ottoman.Already considering getting one for a friend who has a dog. The friend has a small scatter rug that is the dog’s spot when he has a messy treat or bone. I think this bed/mat would be ideal to replace the rug system because it’s so easy to wash and much much more comfortable. Will watch the price other sizes. Single cat size would be great for my mom for her cat that sheds and has “her” spots. Throwing down a couple of these beds/mats would be much easier to control the cat hair by throwing them in the washer routinely.

I ordered 2 of these for my cat carriers just for trips to the vet. One in gray and one in pink. The pink one is a lot nicer. It feels more plush and has some sort of cushion. Not enough to be considered a bed but will do fine for quick trips. The gray one is completely different. It feels like it has nothing at all inside the fabric and will provide no comfort so that one was kind of a waste of money. Either way I would never use either of these for a dog to lay inside a crate all day. They do not have enough cushifor that and it would just be mean.

Easily washable, very soft mat with fuzzy surface. For a dog that would rather lie in the grass than pee it, I don’t suppose any of that makes it more comfortable. It’s attractive to me, though, and she has no objectito it. Actually, she hasn’t shown much interest in it–no tears or teeth marks visible–which suggests good choice of fill. The very soft surface survives laundering, though it may leave fuzz in the dryer or other objects, without color change.

I had a standard white fleecy bolster bed from basics. It was just average. not much padding at all. This time I went with this fluffy gold bed. It’s got a nice plastic pad the bottom and the sides are high and thick which I like. I don’t wash his beds I use light weight fleecy blankets and heavy towels and wash them weekly so his beds stay clean. I wouldn’t wash this bed. None of them last through the washer, I’d rather hose it off if I ever needed to and definitely air it out regularly. It does have a kind of a vinegary scent but it’s airing out. I also gave it a good shake out of the package and not much came off of it. So far I really like this bed and it fits my 42″ crate perfectly with nice high sides.

this is a good value. I thought it would fit in my cat’s car carrier but its too big… my fault for being lazy and not looking at the dimensions for the one I ordered. My cat loves to use it as a bed though, and I like how low profile it is in the living room. some beds are bulky eye sores with hideous patterns, but this one is perfect for my small space. I have it discretely sitting a shelf by the window so he can lay something soft while he looks outside. It also holds up well in the wash so far.

  30. Rated 5 out of 5

It’s cute. I love the design and color. I’m going to let my dog use it whenever she’s inside the car. I will definitely purchase again. I’ll probably keep one in my room. As for a third purchase, I’ll be keeping it in my dog’s crate. Big dog beds take up too much space in crates. This one will give her just enough space and still have comfort. I’ll update this review if need be.

I have washed one of these and used the delicate cycle with delicate laundry detergent. It unraveled and I didn’t dare put it in the dryer. The second item purchased unraveled prior to washing. The seams didn’t hold up to a teeny dog (MalShi) arranging his bedding at bedtime. I’ve purchased other bedding that has held up to years of rearranging and many years of both the washer and dryer. It’s true, you get what you pay for.

I’ve bought these since midwest started selling them. These are nothing like the older ones. The fur sheds horribly for a few washings and they wad up and get wimpy for a crate bed. I still have old ones that even now far surpass the quality of these. A little dog that digs can dig out tbe fur in a single episode. And the new sherpa is even worse

Much softer and attractive in person. Does Fit Perfectly inside the Peanut Carrier i got him with oh about half an inch more room between carrier wall and bolster. Yes i recommend it for the price for Miniature dogs. Yes my pup took right to it he Loves the Edge to rest his little head on. My pup is a Havanese weighs 3 lbs is 9 weeks old in these pictures.

Smaller than i expectd should have ordered the next size up but im keeping and will b good additifor kennel floor for vet visits and an extra for when dogs normal bed is in washer etc. Good quality and soft. Thicker than others said, its a liner or thin bed not a full cushioned bed ao not sure what they expected. Exactly what i was looking for a small thin soft bed.

  35. Rated 2 out of 5

Unfortunately this is noticeably smaller than promised. The 22 inch size is more like 19×11 inches, and that’s pushing it. When using a measuring tape the size seems adequate, but in reality it’s pretty small and thin. My dogs would rather use it as a toy than a bed.. It is very pretty and soft the way that thin memory foam is though! This would be good for tiny dogs/puppies or rabbits probably. Also returning it was very easy and pain free!

We ordered this for our Yellow Labrador’s crate. There’s nothing more grating than hearing the dogs nails scraping across the plastic floor in the middle of the night. We were excited to get this item. Unfortunately, this really isn’t what we want. The pad is very thin and does not offer much in terms of cushioning. Also, the under side of the pad has a nylbacking which is krinkly sounding and will also make noise when the dog moves around in the crate. Furthermore, when we received the package it had obviously been opened and re-taped and the item inside was previously used! It was covered in lint and long black dog hair. We paid for a new item. I called customer service and let them know, they were friendly and very helpful.

Omg, just opened box and had to shake my head in disbelief. It was so small that my cat would barely be able to fit his head and front paws, let alone his entire body! I literally laughed out loud, ESP given it cost almost 16.00.The material looks nothing like photos … cheapo and ratty looking.I was at 99 cent store yday and saw a huge soft fleece one but bypassed it due to my having this one come tonight.Returning ASAP.

We have had this for over three months now and it has held up under an anxious poodle, machine washings, and switching between kennels. It seems comfortable for my dog and is just the right weight without being too heavy or hot. I have wood floors and I feel like this blocks some of the coolness in the winter. The price is right and it fits the the 26″ carry Kennel and the 27″ dog crate end table with no problems. Overall, I am pleased and will be purchasing another as a backup.

Don’t tell anyone that I’m writing this because my Mom and Dad will be upset that I’m using their computer. This bed is great, I don’t want to lay anywhere without it. I used to lay my elevated bed without this soft and fluffy wonderous creatimy Mom and Dad bought me, but now I refuse. I would rather lay the hardwood floor and pout than do such a thing now. The other day my Mom and Dad told me I had to eat my treat my elevated bed without this and I said no way, keep the bone and I protested until they took it out of the dryer after washing it for the 5th time. I’m a big boy (70lbs) but this 42″ bed is more than big enough for me and my favorite toy or two. This bed hasn’t torn, ripped or lost its shape in the washer or dryer. It is great!Since I’m here let me tell you a story about the neighbor’s cat, that little… uh oh, I hear my Dad coming, got to go.OdinP.S. The slobber the keyboard was here before I started typing, that’s my story.

It’s a bit thin but I honestly expected that. It’s a great color and first well in our travel crate (link below) and is comfy over the pad that came with the crate.I got this for a 5.5lbs dog and we got the 22″. It fits well and snuggly inside a 20x14x14 crate.Would buy again!EliteField 3-Door Folding Soft Dog Crate, Indoor & Outdoor Pet Home, Multiple Sizes and Colors Available (20″L x 14″W x 14″H, Black)

Great for the price! My dog likes to lay pillows, so the side is perfect for that. Honestly it’s a bit thin the bottom so make sure to put padding under it or put some blankets in the crate with your dog so they are more comfy! Other than that, I like this dog bed.

I do wish these had some thicker padding or cushioning in the base, but overall, they are really, really soft and they fit perfectly in a wicker cat house that I have, and those are the two main reasons I purchased these beds. The prior cushions that came with the house were old and really lumpy after washing. These fit like they were made for the cat home. I have one the top and one inside. My cats started using these right away and they seem to really like them a lot.

They’re not kidding in the descriptiwhen they tell you this bed is not for excessive chewers. My puppy was not an excessive chewer until we got this bed. He wants to rip it apart, but so far has not been able to. I suppose it’s just a matter of time. It’s also not my puppy’s favorite spot to lay on. He prefers his other beds that have more cushion. Quality seems ok though.

I love this bed! I have a hyperactive 4 month old Yorkie who enjoy destroying things in her free time. She’s managed to chew threw two of her beds resulting in her having to sleep in her crate without a bed some nights. I didn’t like that her beds would take up so much of her room as she is very hyper and like to play with her toys when in her crate. I needed a bed she couldn’t sink her tiny teeth in and tear to pieces within a week and so far she hasn’t been able to do this with this bed! She likes to throw tantrums when she believes she has been wrongly imprisoned in her crate and attempts to chew threw her bed with no success. This is a winner in my book! She seems comfortable at night and even uses the edges as a pillow sometimes. Hope this last longer than the other beds!

  45. Rated 4 out of 5

It’s very thin and is appropriate for resting but I don’t think its comfortable enough for a dog to sleep for several hours. I mainly used this for my dogs crate. It became dirty quickly. Hair, dirt, any spec of dirt would get trapped and it was impossible to remove, even after using a lint roller and putting it through the washer multiple times. I just threw mine away. If you need a temporary bed for travel or for your car. I would say this does the job, but as a permanent bed for your dogs crate, I would say get a thicker one. Our dogs can’t really speak for themselves so I just try to think ahead and anticipate their needs…so a thicker bed might be more comfortable for them.

I bought the 30in for use inside this crate: CarlsSecure and Compact Single Door Metal Dog Crate, Medium. It fits perfect. It’s definitely not super padded so keep that in mind for dogs who need more support. 4 stars because I spilled some coffee this pet bed and immediately put stain remover it, and washed as instructed, and the stain didn’t come out at all. Not sure how it will hold up to pet messes without looking used and dingy super fast.

I really like this dog bed I think my dog liked also my dog’s a small dog so he likes to cuddle I had to put a blanket in it because I feel like it’s a little big for him after I put the blanket in he was fine it seemed really warm though without the blanket but he likes to roll up in a little ball and cuddle he’s definitely not a winter dog he’s a dashound but smaller than most

Seams well made and my dog is very happy with it.As pictured, this is a minimalist style dog pad, not a bulky bed.Just what we needed.Hilarious note, my dog knew it was for her the minute she saw it unveiled as I opened the box, she did a happy leap and gave out the sweetest little whimper of joy–wish I’d gotten it film, but who knew that would happen?Enjoy.

Got this for my 5 pound Pomeranian who comes to work with me. She likes to sit up high, and I didn’t want her my desk. This is the perfect size that sits top of the filing cabinet that slides under my desk. So during the day I slide it out, she sits top and gets all the love and attentifrom colleagues and at the end of the day, I slide the cabinet under the desk. It works out perfectly.

A perfect cushifor the cardboard box forts I put out for the feral cats here in South Florida during our winter nights. They are inexpensive and easy to launder with a reasonable life span – that’s is a reference to the cushions, not cats – FYI don’t EVER try to bathe a feral cat or your life span may take a hit. These cushions are also a terrific gift also when purchased in bulk for use at your local animal shelters.

Had I not been in a rush to order a package deal from I would have paid closer attentito this liner we purchased for puppies crate. The material is god awful! We had to run a vacuum over it because the material was shedding and made a mess. The padding is nonexistent other then around the edge. The package that it arrived in was appalling. It was such a waste. Don’t buy this product. It’s not even worth the time and effort to return it.

We bought this pet bed as a crate mat for our new 3 1/2 month old Aussie puppy. We bought the mat that was about half the size of her kennel and used it during crate training. It gives your dog something soft to lay but isn’t full of stuffing which might tempt a curious puppy to shred it. We just tossed the bed today because the filling finally shifted to one side, meaning it lasted a little over a month. Considering that it was washed and dried between 20-30 times, it more than exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for crate training/traveling purposes (too thin for long-term use).

Comfortable enough for my Husky, but this bed sheds more than he does. I have washed this about 5 times and it still looses fluff from the outside. I is easy enough to vacuum between washes but I don’t like this bed as well as  , which does not loose fluff and has more loft in the actual bed part.

My puppy loved this. It is very soft and cushiony. I got the 24″ size to put in our puppy’s crate, but also have the pet bed in the living room near me. She headed directly for it when she was ready to quit playing and wanted to rest or sleep. Unfortunately, we were unable to keep the puppy due to allergies, so I passed this to my sister and her cat loves it, too!

My dog loves this bed. We use it in her kennel. It’s soft and easy to clean. Dog curls up it and sleeps it sometimes even when we are home and she doesn’t have to be in her kennel. It is thin and flexible, but still has a nice amount of padding so that it keeps the dog from having to lay the hard surface of the kennel tray.

Bought two of these. One for my senior Golden Retriever Mix:She laid down it as soas it was the floor, she lays it anytime she cant lay in MY bed, she generally enjoys having it (so does my senior shelti and my adult pit mix and both cats), I could have gotten a size smaller but she likes to spread out.One for my 90lb Pit Mix:It took about a week before he realized his nasty old blanket wasn’t coming back and this was his to keep instead, now he drags it around the house to make sure he is as close as he can be to people and to make sure the other 2 dogs don’t lay it…I could have gotten him a size down because he is the type who curls up as small as possible when he lays down but he seems to use the half he isnt laying as a toy box so I guess there is that.10/10 would buy again.10/10 would recomend.

It fit my dogs kennel perfectly, from edge to edge but I could have saved myself the time, trouble and money and just bought a bath towel from Wal-Mart. The only padding this “Deluxe Pet Bed” has is around the edges. The portiyour pet actually lays is just a piece of cloth with some fluff inside. The descripticlaims this bed will provide comfort with its “cushioned poly/cottquilted base… features top-quality stitching and durable constructito resist wear and tear from daily use as well as from washing”. I came home to find that my dog had tried to make herself more comfortable, most of the bed was folded in half and she was laying top but I guess getting the bed folded over was a struggle and the center was shredded.Do yourself and your pet a favor, buy something else. I gave this item 2 stars because I can clearly see the bed with it’s side bolsters. I believed the descriptiwhen it talked about cushion/comfort, I should have known better.

The quality is pretty good and it washes easily and well. But it’s not a comfort product for the bottom of a crate. My sweet pitty has some knee issues and doesn’t like to lie hard surfaces. This pet bed has to be used with something else in her crate (like an orthopedic foam cushion) because the main part (bottom) of the bed is only the wool plus backing material without batting (maybe a quarter-inch, max).

This bed has lasted (and is still good) for a year with our Busy as she has grown from a pup to a year old. It is still as good as it was the day we received it. She enjoys curling up it and is comfortable while in her crate with it. In fact we liked the quality so much we purchased another one for our 2nd Husky. It is easy to clean and maintain. We have had other beds that our dogs have gone through that have not lasted a full year and maintained their quality like this one. I would recommend this bed, particularly for inside a crate for any dog out there.

We have four cats and sometimes they’d get cranky with each other over their smaller cat beds, namely whichever one was closest to the fireplace. We bought a 42″ bed in hopes they could share it. In the past, it would take days or even weeks for them try out a new bed. This one, they went to immediately. Within an hour, they were checking it out and laying down. They absolutely love this bed! I’d definitely recommend it!

This is the second one I have purchased. Both fell apart within 6 months. First one I blamed the dog, second one not so much. The 36″ gray one seems to be super thin and falls apart fast. We bought a 24″ one that still works great and hasn’t fallen apart.

This dog bed is super affordable and decent quality. We started with a smaller size for our pup and moved up to a larger one as he grew quickly. It’s thin enough that it doesn’t overheat him, but still provides some warmth and comfort. He also has tried to rip it apart a few times to no avail (though a more aggressive chewer may be able to get the job done). When it came time to wash it I was able to run it through our washing machine with no problems. This is honestly a great crate liner, especially for furrier dogs who may get overheated easily.

I’m a bit disappointed at how thin the padding is. I can’t imagine it’s terribly comfortable. I had to put a towel underneath it to soften it up a bit. I think it’s decent with the towel under it. I like the bumper, but the rest is flimsy.

This pet bed is good for specific uses.If you are looking to have a padded bed to put in a crate or pet carrier, this bed is excellent. The high, thick, plush sides help ensure that your pet doesn’t get scraped or bumped by anything along the base of a crate or carrier. It also washes quite easily and lasts for years. I’ve had this for more than five years and while it certainly shows some wear and tear, it is fully functional and needs no replacement. Keep in mind, though, that this isn’t a toy, so if your pet treats it like one, it certainly won’t last long. It can withstand some general abuse, such as being dragged around the house, but not vigorous chewing and shaking. If you are planning getting this pet bed as a general purpose bed around the home, I suggest looking elsewhere. The main reasfor this is that the base has a fairly small amount of padding. It is enough for short trips in a crate, but isn’t the thick, soft comfort that you probably want for your pet.Overall a well-made product, but know what you are getting it for before deciding whether or not to purchase.

I use this as a crate pad for my Lab. It is soft but not too thick, just enough to put a layer of softness over the plastic liner of the crate. This is the third one I’ve bought. I find they last just about a year and half for our girl who loves her crate and will nap in it almost everyday. I rotate the old one to our travel trailers bedroom so she has a spot for naps there too. There is carpet in the trailer so it adds a little cush to the older pad. I definitely get my money’s worth out of them.

OMG! These Suck! IM SO PISSED! I ordered 4 of these. THIS IS FRAUD! It is the tiniest animal bed I have ever seen. The Real measurements are (18 x 12 inchs) Not 22 x 13 as stated. My Brothers, My Uncles, and myself all measured and ALL came up with The Same Measurements (18 x 12 inchs.)In the picture shown here 2 of these can fit inside our small cat bed: The size of Our cat bed underneath is (24 x 18 inchs.)

Not even close to durable enough for any dog who may chew and treat it like a stuffed animal. Giving two stars as my dog gets some of the blame, as well. I get it, it’s a $20 dog bed liner, but we have bought 2 now, hoping that the behavior or the durability would be better – to no avail. Dog destroyed it and ripped all of the stuffing out of it. The outside ribbing that is raised feels like a plush toy, so it’s no matter that my puppy had an ing day with it. Also, he ate most of the stuffing which led to some interesting mornings. If your dog chews or demonstrates revenge when being put in their housing – probably not worth your money.

I thought this was really nice when it arrived. It seemed thick enough to provide good cushioning for my 8 week old puppy, and the bolster around the edges was great. However, it sheds like crazy. I am constantly collecting big balls of fuzz from in and around the bed. It washes well, but after two months, it is still shedding, and the spot where the puppy sleeps is getting thin. I have a regular dog bed with the same type of fuzzy surface, and it has lasted for years. I was hoping for the same durability. I’ll be looking elsewhere for the next one.

Instructions say that it can be washed gentle with cold water. My 10 week old Yorkie had an accident it. I threw it in my front loader washer with mild soap gentle with cold water and when it came out all of the filling the raised borders had bunched up one side of the bed and the other side went flat. It also got extremely matted which made it look old and dingy. It’s a nice looking bed but only until you wash it for the first time.

I bought this a little over a year ago and waited to see how well it would hold up to post my review. It fit almost perfectly into my dogs crate and the color blended well too. This is the only pet bed (including bath towels, blankets, etc.) that my little love hasn’t chewed up! That alone makes it worth the purchase but in addition, she really feels comfortable laying it. I definitely recommend!

This has been working great. I’ve washed once, and held up fine. I didn’t notice any lose strings or stitching. I’d order again.Fits perfectly into the “Favorite Airline Approved Travel Pet Carrier”.What would be nice for a future design, is an insert I could microwave and warm up, and then insert between padding. Maybe this would keep my kitten from crawling me as I work, and instead give him a warm place to nestle.

This is a repeat buy. My pup sleeps in her crate at night as well as when I’m away from home. I originally bought this 4 years ago. It has had daily use, hundreds of washes, and has held up to everything. I tried another cushithat was a gift and she didn’t want anything to do with it. I unwrapped this one and she went right in and laid down. Thanks for a great, durable product. Will definitely purchase from you again!

SMALLER than stated. Even the printed tag, it states 17″x12″ which makes it a safety hazard as small pups, etc, can slip between the crate sides and the bed and suffocate. Upset because I paid a premium for this color, AND the “name” brand. The quality and size are sub-par. Ordered a cheap white one (see pictures) for $6 from as well, to use while washing. See pics as the size that one is correct. In the last pic, I turned it sideways. It fits snug sideways…but now you would need to get a smaller pet. Ugh.

I love these beds. This is my third time purchacing. The bolster is very cushy. The bottom, not much, but that is ok. I purchace a very large size and it is shared by two large dogs and a cat. This is used as a bed, not a crate liner. I like the color because it blends with my wood floors and does not show dog fur badly. I machine wash and dry these beds weekly. Under that abuse they hold up for about 1.5 years before the “fur” starts to fall out of the fabric. The pups do not mind the bare spots. Dogs are a 65lb lab/aussie mix and a 55 lb lab/pit mix. Both fit comfortably stretched out and the cat curls up in any empty space. I will absolutely purchace this again when the next one (we keep one in the bedroom and one in the living room) wears out.

I got this for my puppy she is 11months old. She is being crate trained at the moment and she doesn’t like it. I thought I would get her this bed for some comfort. She decided to chew it. By the time we caught her like 10 minutes later a good sectiof it was gone/shreaded. Not a good bed for a cheese. Old towels for this girl.

My 15lb BostTerrier loves this bed!Not sure what else to say about it. I keep it in my car because I take my Bosteverywhere. I will say that the material is really nice, soft, and plush; however, because I use it in my car (in Texas), I feel like it can probably get a little hot for my little dog. You know what I mean? Like the material itself doesn’t conduct heat or whatever, but I often feel laying this in the summer heat would be like wearing a furry sweater in the summer if that makes sense. I don’t know. My dog doesn’t seem to mind. So there you go.

This bed is terrible for a dog that likes to do even a small amount of chewing. The fabric it’s covered with easily comes off in clumps and I caught my dog a couple occasions coughing up a hairball from the fabric. I finally purchased some fabric and made a slip cover for it so it is at least usable now

This just came today and so far so good. I thought it was going to be a little bigger than it is. It’s not the most appealing pet bed, but it certainly is not the worst. Especially for the price! I also like the variety of colors you can get this in.Most importantly, my animals seem to like it. I sat this the ground and a few hours later I walked into the room and my cat was asleep it. 5 stars because it is cat approved.

We have several of these around the house. This one is in the dog crate. We leave the door open and find the dog sleeping in there from time to time. Our dog does not seem to like thick, squishy dog beds so got him a couple of these instead. They are easily thrown in the washing machine, and then hung to dry, and they are good to go again. They do pill some, so occasionally I pull off some clumps of pilled fleece from time to time; not a big deal to me. Overall happy with the quality.

I ordered the “cat” size one which is smaller but definitely big enough to fit even a good sized cat. The bed is really nice and my cat seems to like this bed quite a bit and he looks very comfortable in it while sleeping. The material is soft and the overall quality is very good for such an inexpensive item ($9). You would pay an arm and a leg for something like this at a petstore, so this bed is fantastic and wonderful for the price. My cat was sleeping it the first day I put it the ground next to window. Very good and affordable bed for your pet. Definitely recommended.

Can only give this a max of 3 stars. It’s ok. I bought 2 of them since I have a condo at the beach and a house in the woods…I go back ‘n forth weekly. My dog is a JackChi (Jack Russell/Chihuahua) age 2 1/2….and he likes to nip and pull at the material, making for lots of little cottballs and slivers of lint. So I constantly have to clean up this crud from the cage making it high maintenance– and certainly not the most practical, at least for my kind of dog. If you have a puppy, or a dog that likes to “chew,” beware. It’s nice looking and fits well in the kennel but I’d never buy anything similiar to it again.

The size is nice and the bolster around the edge is a plus. The only draw back to me is the fact that the padding the bottom is just so thin. I don’t use these as beds, but rather as a cushifor our carriers. In doing so, they aren’t used that often so the thinness isn’t really an issue. If these were to be used solely as a bed I would be even more disappointed.

I have this exact crate bed in another color and size and haven’t had the problems I’ve had with this one. There is no stuffing around parts of the outside of the bed and the fuzz seems to be coming off everywhere. Mind you, I haven’t washed this yet and haven’t had it a full 30 days but it just isn’t worth returning for the price I paid for it. It was a cheap add item and would cost more in my time to return. I think I’ll skip these pet pets and go with something a little higher quality next time. Lesslearned.

It was the perfect size for our Bostterrier, but we tried to wash it after our dog had an accident it and it just isn’t the same. It started to come apart and once it did, it is filled with what almost looks like human hair. It got everywhere and was impossible to clean up from fully and was just a complete mess. A nice comfy buy if your dog is small and fully potty trained but ours wasn’t at the time so this was a bust for us.

The material isn’t as shiny or as thick as I anticipated from the product photo, but it fits my 30-inch double door top paw brand crate just right and my chug seems to like it. I don’t really have any complaints. I subtracted a star because the product photo is a little bit exaggerated-looking. But I am satisfied overall. If it does not hold up after washing, I will update.

I ordered size 24×36. This is a great travel mat for my 13yo lab. We often go to our neighborhood bar when the weather is good. In the past, he has laid the concrete, but his old bones do not make this comfortable any more. We have a smaller one for our puppy and he made it known that he would like one as well. He loves being able to lay something soft and the bolster is a perfect pillow. Our puppy decided that she would rather share than use her own mat. The only downside is that debris gets into the fleece and it does not always wash out. I am thinking about making a pillow case for it to keep it cleaner.

This has been the best bolster I have ever purchased. It is soft and well-cushioned. I have 12 cats and dogs, and I am fostering kittens. I bought this to line the newborn kitten kennel where they sleep. They are too young for weaning or litter box training, so when they urinated this bolster, the bolster’s fabric was water-resistant enough that all I had to do was pour the urine right out of the bolster into the toilet and simply blot the remaining slight dampness with a paper towel. I was so impressed! When I decided to wash it, it washed beautifully and looked better than new. It has a convenient small white poly loop at one end for hanging. The newborns are very warm sleeping together it, which is important because newborn kittens cannot regulate their body temperature yet and need to be kept warm. Highly recommended.

I originally bought the Basics bolster bed to match the kennel that I bought, and, having a corgi puppy, I didn’t expect it to hold up. After Charlie shredded it, I thought I might try a different brand and I’m glad I did. First of all, for only about $2 more, this has completely different, thicker material the bottom, which means she won’t be pulling the foam out in a day. It also doesn’t fold top of itself or crinkle up– it consistently lays flat. And the top material, while it does shed a bit, looks so much nicer than a flat cottor fleece.I haven’t had the need to wash it yet, but I’ll update this review when I have, so far, I entirely recommend this bed!

I am thrilled with this crate bed that I bought to use to put my leather sofa to keep dog hair off my sofa and keep hair from getting between the cushions. It also keeps my leather from scratches. It is so well made. It’s nice and thick and my dogs immediately wanted to lay it. It arrived within two days!! I would highly recommend this pet bed!!AAA+++ Great price for such a nice bed.

Great in cat kennels. They provide a bed that doesn’t wad up like rugs, towels, or throws. The cats love them and they wash like a dream. I hang them to dry which they do quickly. I really love that. Have washed mine 8 to 10 times already and they still look like new Center is not heavily padded. Just an observatinot a complaint. Fabric is soft and luxurious. If they came in people sizes I’d be tempted.

Fits great in my dog’s crate and washes well. I’ve had to wash this twice now due to my dog throwing up it and there are no stains. Think I’m going to put a towel over it so I can just wash the towel instead, though, incase it happens again. Wish there was a little more cushito it, but I’ve placed a folded blanket under it for extra padding and it works well enough.

i got the 22 inch for my 22 inch crate and it was still a little small–i put another blanket underneath it to provide a little more support (especially the edges of the crate) for my pup. i would buy one size up from your crate size, this way the pad fits snugly in the crate and the sides of the pad can be used as padding for the edges of the crate for your puppy or dog to snuggle into. i sized up for his second crate and it was perfect! no need for that extra blanket underneath. despite the sizing issues, this is the softest and coziest crate liner i have ever purchased!

My darling Lulu crossed the Rainbow Bridge a month ago. She was well-behaved, so we never had a crate for her, but now, we have a wild and crazy miniature, Lulu2, who hasn’t yet learned her house manners. We live in a big busy city, so opening a door could be fatal around here. We’ve cut way down the nervous shriek, “Where’s the doggggg?” after an outside door’s been opened. We just make sure to put her into her crate with a treat and a toy, BEFORE we open a door to go out. I ordered the small see-through wire crate and 3 of these MACHINE WASHABLE bolster-pads . . . just in case. These pads make the crate comfortable, so Lulu2 doesn’t see it as punishment.

This fit inside of our dog’s crate perfectly and she seemed to really like laying in there once I put it in. This product got 3 stars from me because there was a hole in it within 2 days. Our dog is not a big chewer but she does scratch around a bit before laying down. This product is not high quality and wears down very quickly. I also noticed it pills quite a bit around the edges. It’s a good price but I would not buy this again. I will spend a little more money next time and hopefully get a little longer use out of it.

Ordered this because it fit my dogs new crate. It fits great….BUT…..only had for 1 month and as all I do everyday is pick up balls of the bed all over the house. It sheds worse than my 2 dogs ever did. I vacuum it…..shake it out….but as soas the dogs spend even a half hour the bed….I’m picking up fuzzies from the bed all over again. It really is upsetting that this is not a great product.

There are some pros and cons to this doggie bed.Pro’s: lightweight fits VERY well in a crate of similiar size easy to wash lots of padding edgesCon’s: not much padding bottom (which could also be a Pro, depending the weather)All in all, this is not a bad doggie bed with alot of Pro’s too it.I was personally disappointed in the bottom padding being VERY thin- however this also makes it easy to clean if your doggie has an accident it, and you are using it as crate padding (which is what I’m doing)

This is a the 42″ version. I ordered this to put in the dog crate for our new puppy that we will be getting soon. I will be ordering a 2nd one because our adult lab loves it so much I don’t think she will be sharing this one. It’s very lightly padded the bottom with a decent size bolster. It is made well for the price. I might even order 2 more so I can have 1 in the crate and 2 in the living room. I like that they are not really bulky and they don’t take up a tof room in the living room area. Plus they are lightweight so they are easy to move around from room to room. Definitely recommend.

This turned out to be a great size to fit between the couch and the recliner where our one dog prefers to hang out. The sides are just high enough for her to keep her from edging under the side of the recliner (almost caught her under there when putting the footrest down), and it works great as the “home” for the toy or treat hiding. (grab and run to this). And it fits in the crate if we ever need it. Not as cushy as the round cuddler bed, but way more versatile and really a lot more useful than I thought it was going to be in any room – not just the crate.

BE aware: the blue, pink, and sherpa beds are NOT to size as specified. This one was supposed to be 22″ X 13″ and it was 19″ X 11″. WAY too small for my cat’s carrier. I returned it and ordered the Cinnamone at 24″ and IT is to size and fits perfectly. You can even see in the photos that the blue, pink and sherpa ones are much narrower than the fur covered ones. If the size needs to be correct then order the obviously wider ones in the fur….

We’ve had this for about two months and have washed it about 6x. It’s better than having the dog sleep the hard crate bottom, but it’s not all that plush. As far as washing, it holds up relatively well, but it sheds quite a bit in both the washer and the dryer. We also noticed what some of the other reviewers said which is that the filling bunches up a little bit in the edge bolsters after washing. Also, we got the white fleece versimainly so we could keep an eye how dirty it was getting and when it needed to be washed. It’s gotten pretty dingy over the past few washes. All in all, it was decent, but we expected it to last longer than two months. It needs to be replaced already. Not sure it’s worth the price if you only get a couple months out of it. I’m going to shop around before considering another one.

This is a nice size mat/bed for my kitties to snooze in. I like the color, as well as the material. Material is like a faux fur, easy to vacuum, & hair doesn’t get embedded into the material. The color is a deep blue/gray. Not to much padding the bottom, but I like that the railing is high & sturdy, so if they lay the edges, they don’t roll out, or the edge doesn’t stay smashed down. So far, they have layed in this during the hotter/warmer days (which is fine) & not the cold days, or sleeping in it at night (they have small beds for night to curl up in). Overall, very nice. Easily fits my 2 kitties 11lb & 10lb, whether curling up, or spreading out.

had purchased of these months ago for our younger husky but we were afraid to put it out because he’s a chewer. we decided to put it out the floor recently to see if he would chew it apart. Our 2-year female husky IMMEDIATELY adopted this bed for herself – she loves it. she often uses the rounded edge to support her head. We then purchased this one (2nd identical bed) for the younger one — he loves it also (although he prefers being up our bed). Luckily, he is not chewing or tearing apart either of the beds. we really like that it’s washable. we have two of the 45″ versiin white.

We adopted a four-month old Golden Retriever in November, and I bought this bed to use in the metal crate I also bought to help us with house-training. It fit the crate perfectly, and at first he seemed to enjoy it, but within a month or so after buying this bed he had completely destroyed it. Perhaps we just have a very active puppy who loves to chew EVERYTHING, but I honestly expected the material in this bed to hold up longer than it did. I ended up throwing it in the garbage and ordering a different brand, which so far has worked out perfectly.

I just knew I would love this crate mat. It looks plush and cushy and it absolutely was both of those things. It also perfectly fit my 24″ x 36″ Midwest crate and the bolsters were a nice bonus. However, the fabric is absolutely the worst! Avoid this fabric like you would a rabid skunk. It sheds horribly. Chunks of fluff just rub off and get everywhere. It’s sort of like the crime scene of a teddy bear who met quite the tragic end. Perhaps the fabric is different for the other colors, but the cinnamone is beyond disappointing. Save your money.

These are far better quality than the other crate beds I have ordered in the past. Keep in mind, these are beds that go in crates, and aren’t the thickest of materials, but these seem thicker and better constructed than others I have purchased. Overall it seems like a good quality product, especially for the price. I have ordered more than one, as I have a couple of different crates. highly recommend.

I purchased the 42in for an 80lb collie. It’s supposed to be good for 75-90lbs. The 42in was surprisingly small. He can curl up in a ball in it but I wish I went with a bigger size. The bed is thin – more of a liner than a comfortable bed. If you’re looking for a plush and supportive bed, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a liner, this could work. I haven’t had the shedding issues that others have had.

It’s OK. Not very cushy – except the edges. I only paid $10 for this pet bed, but really feel I paid a few dollars too much. There’s not a very good way to describe it. It’s just kind of chintzy. It’s like it was designed without any thought to animals. It would probably be better than nothing – if used a carpeted floor. hardwood or ceramic floors; however, my dogs don’t even bother to use it. I have a cat that uses it occasion, but only if the more comfortable beds are being used by the dogs & she’s not in the mood to assert her authority. It is hard to find pet beds that are machine washable, which is why I purchased this. So, I gave it some stars for that, because it did survive the washing machine. I wouldn’t buy it again, though. Whether or not it’s machine washable is irrelevant if my animals won’t use it. It loses a lot of the ‘fuzz’, so if you have animals or very young children that might eat things they find the floor, I would avoid this. It also sheds a lot of its fuzz in the washer.

Material is a tad to hot for our girl as she gets overheated fairly easily, but the frequency of her laying it leads me to believe that she likes it. I purchased it to accompany the 42″ crate I purchased for her and it fit PERFECTLY which was awesome. It is very soft and I like the coloring, a dark bluish gray maybe? The raised, pillow edges are a nice touch so our pup can prop her head up and give an eye our every move… then doze off from comfort. The underside is plastic, which we flip over onto sometimes when she’s in the crate to keep her cooled off and to remedy potential potty accidents.

I rarely use crates as a breeder, so I generally put these my bedroom floor for my dogs to sleep on. They love them and they are padded enough without being too big to fit in the washer. I have washed these numerous times and they always hold up well. There is a nskid coating the underside. Great price if you can get it a Lightning deal. Highly recommend as they are perfectly sized for crates and nicely made. Very durable.

I was in need of a real cement for a rather old bed for my Yorkie. Although it was old, he loved it!i wasn’t really sure about buying without seeing the bed, but I was happy with this purchase. So happy, in fact, I think I will buy another has a back up.The bed doesn’t have a tof padding, but it is soft and the sides have some extra padding. It was very close to what we purchased initially. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it’s a great little bed. He really likes it, so I think that says it all.I can recommend to anyone who is in need of a bed for their 22 inch crate, teh 22 inch bed fits nicely and is a great additito the crate!

I should have realized something this inexpensive would be poorly made. There is apparently some kind of crinkly plastic used as the (thin) internal padding for the whole bottom of the bed. It make noises when my dogs walk upit. One dog seems to think it is a play toy because of the noise, and she wants to bite it and drag it around. My other dog wouldn’t even get it for over a week. I wonder, since there is (apparently) plastic inside, if the beds are even safe. They have a bit of an odor too.

My dog has been using this mat in her crate daily for about 2 months now, and it is useless at this point. There are always clumps of fuzz all over my house from it (it’s not the internal stuffing coming out; it’s fuzz from the exterior of the product shedding for no discernible reason). At first, I thought that it was because it was new, but it’s been through the washing machine several times and that hasn’t slowed it down (notably, I’ve always followed the manufacturer’s instructions for washing it). I have noticed that holes are starting to appear in it as it is disintegrating due to its need to shed constantly.I would worry a lot if I had a dog who chewed–they would be ingesting fluffy pieces of the bed constantly. This wouldn’t be a safe product for many dogs.I bought this bed because I’ve purchased many MidWest products in the past and have really appreciated their quality. But, this bed is awful. Don’t buy this.

There’s a desk by a window my cat likes to sit on. It is now known as “her spot”.She used to sit a pile of papers there and then I upgraded it by putting down a soft sweater someone left by the desk. But then I decided to really make it a nice area for her and get this pet bed.It looks very nice, not cheap. However, the bottom is a bit thin. I don’t think it has enough cushion. My cat doesn’t mind, but some might. It’s also a great size for her and she can stretch out.The fact the you can wash it also a plus.I would recommend this as an inexpensive cat bed or perch.

So I got this for my 2 puppers, though I cant speak their behalf… judging from their body language, they seem to enjoy the bed. I have lined it with a heating pad for the cooler nights.. both doggies love snuggling up the bed.. one all curled up like a cinnamroll and the other sprawled out flat like a banana peel left the floor… (#bliss)Sometimes they dont even bother to get up to greet me in the mornings..just a lil eyebrow raise of acknowledgement… the bed must be that that comfy

I got the 48″ versiand it fits perfectly in the bottom of our xl kennel (48″)It’s soft but has a certain amount of rigidity to it, so it doesn’t fold or wrinkle up in the bottom of the cage. The bottom almost seems like it has some water resistant layer, which if your pet has the occasional accident could be helpful, but my dog and I have not tested this. Not super thick, so if your dog is older or needs a lot of cushion, it may not be for you, but if you just want something to make a kennel a little more pleasant, or a bed that is the floor, it works well. Overall very happy with it and is a great deal for the price.

The measurements of this seem to be tip to tip where the walls are about 2.5 inchs of the length so one must make concessifor about 5 inches when ordering. I had no problems in exchanging mine but is the reasI gave 4 stars. Its still a problem and misleading. If the 30 inch bed had actually been 30 inch bed portiit would have been fine however I had to order larger just to cover the 5 inches of walls. The 30 inch will not fit a medium dog only a small dog. It is a good product just order much larger than what the measurements state.UPDATE these beds are shedding badly. I also purchased a gray one that is shedding too but not as bad as these orange ones. I purchased 2 orange and one gray. I do not expect them to last long at this rate. They are only used at night when I bring my dogs in to sleep and they are sitting cots not the floor so they are gently being used.

This was so unexpectedly awesome!! After reading the reviews and seeing the price, I thought I’d be getting something with low quality. This is much nicer than I expected. I got the 54 inch mat which is very LARGE. It’s soft and cosy and my German Shepherd loves it!! Not sure how long this will last, but for 30 dollars it is certainly worth the price!

I purchased this to go into the Suncast Petcarrier 23″ Deluxe Large versias suggested by and yay it fit!Not only did it fit, but it’s super resilient to vomit, feces and urine. Washes well! Even though that carrier provided more than adequate ventilatifor my feline, the 15 minute trip to the vet was just beyond harrowing for his poor kitty senses and he decided to test out all possible ways to soil it.The carrier, when not in use, sits the floor of the living room and with the quiet time pet bed in it, it makes a convenient cave for the paranoid creature of darkness to lay comfortably, while still being able to keep an eye everything and everyone. He has fallen asleep in it the pet bed multiple occasions.

I bout this expecting a bed that worked great in a crate. I guess I was half right. It goes in the crate, but this is not a bed, but a very large donut pillow thing. The sides have some padding but there’s almost nothing underneath except a piece of sort-of padded cloth. I was hoping for something that make the crate more comfortable, and this just did not do it. I do like that it can be washed, but it is goint to stay clean because I don’t ever want to use it. I’ll get another actual bed rather than this.

This pet bed is OK but I’ve had better quality pet beds. The material comes off rather easily. I’m constantly cleaning it off the bed or from the floor. My dog likes to play with the loose material. Once this is worn out, (which probably won’t be very long) I will not buy it again.UPDATE: March 2, 2017 This bed is horrible! It is constantly shedding fibers. I must clean them out of the bed daily. They bunch up & get pulled out to the floor as my dog leaves his crate. I wish I would have returned this thing. It was a COMPLETE waste of money!I’m changing my rating from three starts to one star.

My cat absolutely LOVES this little bed. I have a white duvet cover over a thick fluffy comforter my all-white bed. My cat is black and has long fur. I keep this near the foot of my bed and that’s where my cat sleeps. NO cat hair my comforter, yay! She loves the texture and seems to enjoy this just as much as her soft cushy cat bed. It washes well. I replace it every year or so, I put the old one in her carrier, it’s more comforting for her when she has to be transported now also.

This bed is so economical, yet so perfect–just soft and cozy enough because of the plush “fur.”. I really like how the bottom of it is nyland how there is no stuffing in it. It makes it super easy to clean if there is vomit or some other accident. Machine washable and dries VERY quickly. I bought a larger one to fit in the bottom of my dog’s crate, but the cat loved it so much I bought this size for her.

The pad is so soft and my dog immediately took to laying, rolling, and playing it.Note for Use: As I do not intend to use the cage as a place of scolding, but rather a place of safety and security for the dog while I am away, I’m placing the pad at the foot of my bed for a couple of days. Since the dog sleeps with me, she should begin to associate it with a bedding place. Not only will this make her more comfortable in the cage, once the mat is placed in it; but as she’ll see it as bedding she should also not use the bathroom it ,unless left in the cage too long.

I actually bought 2 of these beds for our new puppy to fit inside her kennel. I figured with a puppy, it would be great to have two so that if she made a mess in one, I would have another to use while washing the first. The only advantage/Pro I have about these beds, are they are soft and cushy. My puppy (and the rest of our dogs) loved to lay in them…. and then the faux fur started coming out by the tuft-fulls. Being a puppy, she would dig in the bed and come up with mounds of fluffy fiber “fur” from the bed. I tried washing them both, several times, only to find my washer and dryer both, clogged with the fur. They do hold their cushiness after repeated washings, but even after repeated washings, I still have a tof those fibers to clean out of the machines. It just never seems to stop and I don’t think it will until the beds are bald. Its a shame as I really wanted to like these beds and they are soft and the dogs like them, but its not worth it to me when the puppy could eat that fur and potentially get into real trouble. It fits perfectly to the 36″ size crate by Midwest.Iit holds OK with my my puppy occasionally chewing it, but I do see a lot of peaces coming out. It also washes well.I trained my puppy to go into crate by hiding tiny treats in the corners of her MidWest Pet Bed and prompting her to find them.I want to see how long this bed will last and will update my review accordingly.

It’s not super fluffy, but my dog still enjoys it. Compared to the other MidWest beds, this satisfied me the most because it is still intact after several months with a puppy. 5/5 will buy again.Update: Because the gray one held up to puppyhood, I bought a bigger white one 6 months later. I paid 12USD for it and was surprised that I got 4 beds for that price! The white one is not as strong as the gray one. In 4 months, he has destroyed 2 beds. My dog is a chewer apparently. After 2 weeks with the white bed, a hole appeared in the middle. Cue daily pick up of foam stuffing until I got fed up and threw it away. Repeat 3 more time. For the price I paid for, the bed was worth being a chew toy. But for the current price of 21USD a piece, I think I will have to look for a cheaper chewtoy/bed. Removing 1 star.

I like this product–initial inspectiIt is as well made as more expensive one I own (American Kennel Club). However, it was short–rather than 18″ long it was 17″ from outer edge to outer edge, or one inch (30 mm) short. The width was 12″ which was probably correct. You may notice that the dimensions are completely incorrect for the 18″ size under the product descripti(1.5 x 1 x 0.2 inches). The only thing you have to go is the statement above that it is “for use with 18″ crates or as a stand alone bed.”Other than that, time will tell how it holds up to laundering (I haven’t laundered the other one yet, either). I also ordered the wrong size – I should have ordered the 22″ – but of course that isn’t the fault of the product. I have to say that the price is right so I can’t complain too much. It may well fit the average 18″ crate without much in the way of a gap, but of course I don’t know that as I have no 18″ carrier. I will probably try the 22” size and see how it does in my larger carrier. All in all the price was right

My German Shepherd underwent a TPLO surgery, and I had to crate him when not home. This bed fits PERFECTLY into the crate, and even when it is pulled out onto the floor for him to use, he absolutely loves it! I would highly recommend this product. Most days I come home to find him sharing this bed with my spaniel and my cat! I did add a blanket top of the base of this pad for a little extra padding, given the fact that my dog was recovering from surgery and was restricted for 2 months, I felt a little more padding was warranted to avoid pressure sores. Now that he is the road to recovery, he is more than comfortable without the extra padding!

The bottom of this liner is too thin to be regularly used alone a hard surface. I guess some people might, but I wouldn’t use this in a kennel as the only padding. It would be great top of another pad though. Since I washed it, it sheds like you would not believe. I don’t even care about lint, usually, but there’s just so much. Anything that goes near it gets totally fuzzed up and it’s hard to get off. The real problem with that is that it gets in my dog’s eyes (and mine).I got this to go top of the vinyl dog hammock in the back seat of my car, so my dog could sit and rest a washable cozy thing instead of sticky plastic, and have a barrier from her food and water when it spills. It works really well for that, and it also works well as a temporary bed when we’re visiting family for an evening. She is trained to go lie down her bed when cued, so we have her do that before she has a chance to wear out her welcome.I am really glad I got a good open box deal this product, because the price I paid makes it a good value for me. It was in perfect shape with tags and everything. We’ve gotten a lot of use out of it even though it’s super fuzzy! Hopefully the fuzz will calm down with repeated washings.

I ordered this bed to put in my 42×28 inch crate. My 50 pound lab mix, Fud, was going to be crated for several months rehabbing from a torn CCL surgical repair so I needed something quick. I decided to go with this bed based reviews, and of course the price was right. It seemed like the perfect bed for my needs – I wanted something that wasn’t too thick and Fud likes to rest her head pillows so the bed seemed like a good fit. When I received the bed I was immediately disappointed. The material of the CinnamPlush bed was very cheap, like a poly/nylblend that was not soft but just artificial feeling, similar in look and feel to a sub-par shag carpet or a cheap mascot costume. The bed was also VERY unstable. Any light touch or weight-bearing of any kind and the thing would slide around like a puck an air hockey table. It sort of feels like tent material the bottom, artificial fabric that has no grip and slides easily hardwood floors or a plastic crate liner. This may not be an issue if using the bed carpet or a rug, but I needed this for a crate for a recovering pup so the bed was actually quite dangerous in my opinifor that purpose. I am returning it. I will say that it fit perfectly in my crate, but the material was so cheap and slidey – it’s gonna be a no from me. I found a foam ortho bed that was of higher quality, did not slide around, had a washable cover (this one you have to wash the whole bed), and was cheaper at TJ Maxx.

Yes, it costs a little more, but the quality in the stitching and the pad is worth it. If I had to sleep it all day long while you were at work, I’d hope you would pay for quality. It washes well too. Fits our crate like a glove. Should help his TPLO recovery be a bit more comfortable.**Update. We are now our second one. My un-crate trained Lab, during his confinement post surgery tore this one up. It fared better than a second cushiwe had in his crate but it wasn’t worth keeping. Thus we are loving our second one just the same.

This is a classic example of the problem encountered with on-line shopping. Had I viewed it prior to buying I would not have purchased. It might be fine for some, but it doesn’t address my need. It is too light. My 35lb.mix carries his around like a chew toy. The 65 lb. mix displaces it every time she attempts to lie down it. ///it bunches up when she leaves.. The bolsters, which should add stiffening, do not. The material seems adequate. time will tell.

If I could rate this zero, I would. I have a three month old puppy that I wanted a comfy and somewhat durable bed for. He doesn’t chew excessively but he is a puppy so he does chew a bit. I received this bed today and within 30 minutes…well, the photo shows how it turned out. So disappointed at the wasted money. I didn’t expect it to last forever, but 30 minutes is ridiculous.

I bought 4 of these in 22″ size specifically to match the size of 4 Sunny seat window beds for my cats. They just love to jump onto them and make muffins right there. My cats are not small (16LB), but this size is fine since they usually curl up or stretch to hang their arms and legs in the air from these window beds. If you have larger cats like mine and not using it for the window bed, I will recommend larger size since there is not much inside space surrounded by the big rolled edge. I only paid six something for each of these and the quality is wonderful. Looking at my happy cats makes me happy, too.

Since he likes shredding cardboard, I let my dog help me unbox the Quiet Time Pet Bed. He even pulled it out of the plastic wrap. He dragged it to a corner of the room, and promptly lay down in it. He seems to like the plush and the softness of the raised edge. He had been sleeping in a make-shift cardboard box lined with a furry blanket but he kept chewing and kicking down the sides. Now he seems to be very comfortable in this bed, and doesn’t chew it.

MidWest Quiet Time FashiPet BedI got the 24″ size of this bed and it fits my crate perfectly. I actually plan using it for a puppy we are adding to our family next month. This bed is perfect because it is not super plush or filled with cottfilling. Since puppies love to chew, I didn’t want anything that could be eaten and cause a blockage. The other upside to that is that it will not hold body heat. I live in the desert so there is never a time of year that I want my pet bed to be heated!!! It fits the cage perfectly end to end and side to side so there is no floor space that isn’t covered and it will keep the puppy from sliding around in the car. It also looks like it is going to be super easy to clean in the washing machine. The pet hair should easily roll off this material a opposed to the sherpa or woven beds that it just sticks in. Not sure where I may have gone wrong or if they changed the product but my search will be for something else. Everyone said be prepared to buy a few doggie beds. Three of these are still in use four months later and one’s still in the closet waiting. One bed is a toy and has been dragged into the back yard, left in the rain, peed by another dog, and is frequently used as a tug toy. She sleeps in one and the toys ‘sleep’ in another. All 3 have been washed multiple times, but the only thing after all this time is she tore off the tags the back. Based her other toys, at least one — if not more — should be in tatters. She’s already chewed through 3 leashes and multiple shoes. So I say buy these.

I put it down under my computer desk a spot where one of my dogs always camps out when I’m at the desk. He sniffed at it first and didn’t know what to make of it. But then the next day I walked into the room and he went straight over and plopped right down onto the bed and started to snooze. Then, a few days over I saw him in there the bed with his head buried in the corner and furiously digging into the bedding trying to make it a cozy little spot to his liking. This did send tufts of the furry surface flying everywhere but it held up to his attempts to dig a whole through it and has remained intact after much use since then. Nice little bed!

Our dog seems to like this bed. Be aware that the bottom pad is very thin. We use one of the beds in her crate with an old blanket to provide extra cushiand the other one a carpet. They wash fine (use delicate cycle), we dry them outdoors instead of in a dryer. No issues with the padding bunching up like some others have complained. I probably wouldn’t order them again because the white fluffy stuff keeps coming off our short haired lab and ending up around the house. Perhaps after a few more washes that will stop, we’ve had them for a couple of months now and washed them several times.

I finally found a crate mat to fit in what seems to be an odd sized crate. For that I am extremely grateful. This is exactly what it says it is, my only complaint is that it is thinner than I had expected and when you have a puppy that likes scratching his bed area before settling in, well let’s just say I’ve been picking up little pieces of the fleece. I’m giving it 4 stars because it fits and finding one that does was quite an ordeal. If you have a dog that’s not into scratching his bed to try and make it comfortable than this mat would be perfect. If you have a puppy that likes digging in this might not last very long. I’ll probably update this review in another couple of months and let you know if it’s still usable. I hope it is!

We got this for a our new puppy that we were crate training. It fit just right in the kennel, and is soft and has nice padding, but not too thick to tempt extra chewing. We had a few crate accidents as we were house training and had to wash it but it washed well in our machine and we hung it up the line outside to dry, and still fit well back into the crate. Our pup did manage to chew a couple small holes in it during this destructopuppy phase, but it’s not shredded and still works fine. We ended up putting an old pillow case over it because it easier to keep it clean that way and just wash the case.

Basic pet bed. Not much padding but our dog sleeps carpet anyway. We use it inside her crate sometimes. Easy to wash, which is why I purchased this one. It’s only a couple months old and it’s already shedding bits of the material. The dog knows that is her bed and her place to lay down when she sleeps or naps so it is serving its purpose.

My furbaby is in heaven again! She got quite irritated with another bed that she ended up shredding it to pieces and then had to sleep the hard floor while we got a replacement. She quickly grabbed this one and drug it into your “room” and rolled around, found her comfort spot and got to her usual lazy self. A few days later, she quickly ran into her room while dripping with mud, and this bed needed to be cleaned! It washed quickly in the sink (to get the mud off) and nicely in the wash and dryer. And it looks exactly like how we got it first new! Perfect bed for my furbaby!

We bought this because our dog has a neurological problem that occasionally affects his hind legs & he loves it! It fits in the crate we bought just perfectly so it was a double win. It’s soft, warm, squishy, perfect for his needs or any other dog that likes/needs/wants softness.I haven’t washed it yet but when I do I’m going to let it air dry out in the sun. It appears to be OK to dry in the dryer but I want it to last as long as possible & it should dry rather quickly. Not what I thought I would be getting. As advertised it looks the same as previous beds I bought in local pet supply shop, but when they arrived (I ordered two) and compared them with the old ones, the new ones are much thinner and flimsier, less cushioning, smaller bumper all around. Inferior material. I’m using them rather than go to the trouble of returning them. My dog sometimes wets her bed, so I need a lot of bed changes, with washable beds that fit in washing machine. I use these as the bed for the dog (cairn terrier), not as a crate liner. The bumper all around makes it cozy, and dog likes to curl up against it. Also she likes to rest her head the bumper, like a pillow, and the lower bumpers are not nearly as nice as the old ones are. Since base is thinner, I put extra cushioning under the bed to make it softer and more comfortable.

I have been looking for a bed that would be big enough for my dog. I did have one that was more like a pillow in the past but she outgrew it quickly. I will have to say the size of this bed is wonderful, she can stretch out and still fit it. The padded ring around the edges is nice and she likes to use it as a pillow. The down side of this is it is extremely thin the bottom, there is not much padding to actually lay on. The padding under my carpet is thicker than what the bottom side of this bed is. I guess you get what you paid for. I should have spent a little more and got something more comfortable.

I bought this 42″ x 26″ a flash sale from for $15. Now I see why it was sale. This is SO MESSY! The fabric sheds off so easily and makes a huge mess, requiring vacuuming multiple times daily. Plus, the bottom feels thick at first, but after 1 week of my pet laying it, it’s like laying the hard floor. No support, no plushness. If that isn’t enough to detour you, the color is baby poop orange. Not the pretty cognac color as advertised. Run Away!

This is a nice, soft carrier bed that appears to be made well. Originally, I bought the fits 24″ size, since my carrier is a 24″ model. It was too big, so I exchanged it for the fits 22″ size, and that fit into my 24″ carrier perfectly. I put the bed out for a couple days, hoping my kitties might sleep in it and get their scent it so that they’d maybe be more comfortable in their carriers. I think one of my cats did lie in it briefly, but it’s a little small for larger cats. When I did take one of my cats to be groomed in the carrier a couple days later, she didn’t cry as much (just a little at first). So I think having the bed/pad in the carrier did make a difference.

Perhaps this item isn’t for destructive puppies… However, my papillis a maniac, he loves destroying everything he sees, and will chew almost anything. (Case in point: I found him running around the house yesterday with one of those little zip lock bags with a spare buttin his mouth, who knows where he found it.) So, I used to cover this bed up with towels and blankets in order to prevent him from anxiety-destroying it while he’s crated. Well, it’s survived 2 months so far. He has proceeded to rip off the tag underneath the bed, and will also drag it out of his crate and do things to it that cause it to be covered with mysterious stains when I get home… but it has remained in its usable bed conditiand is not bedraggled as all his cloth toys have become.

This pad fits in my dog’s crate, and I usually get it at the local pet store. Unfortunately the local pet store has been out for a while and my dog really needed a new one so I ordered it .These pads are great as you can throw them in the washer and they hold up quite well over time. As mentioned before, they are sized to fit different sized crates so you can make it more comfortable for your pet. The padding isn’t very thick, but my dog doesn’t like the thick beds and would often lay the floor instead, but he loves these! He usually will curly up in a little ball and rest his head the round border.

I purchased the 42″ and despite the dimensions not being exactly the same as my dog crate it fits just fine. It was purchased for a German Shepherd whom I was worried would tear it up, eat it, or otherwise destroy it, but its survived for quite a while now, a few washes, and he genuinely seems to like it. He goes in his box just to nap now, which he never really did prior to the mat. For night time when he was a puppy, it really did quiet down all the extra noise he would make scratching around the hard plastic base of the crate itself. It did collect quite a bit of hair in the crevice between the bumper pillow and the base, but it pulled out like a rope! It did wash well, its been through a few cycles, and if I were to ever need to replace it I would trust this brand to purchase again. I may pick a different color than the cream though.

We purchased this bed to fit in a 30″x48″ MidWest crate for our 5 month old Doberman puppy. The bed fit perfectly in the crate and our pup seemed to like it, but there were a couple of problems:- First, the fuzzy stuff the bed is made from sheds, so the crate was constantly surrounded by orange fuzz balls (the cinnamcolor looks like orange shag carpet). The fuzz balls then started to travel and ended up all over our house. This wasn’t a huge deal since a quick vacuum could solve the problem.- Second, after having it for about 2 months, the dog tore a hole in the middle of the bed and started tearing out the insides. This was obviously a bigger problem. Maybe the hole could have been sewn up, but after all the fuzz balls and this, we were ready to find a new bed.For a non-chewing dog, this bed would be okay, if you don’t mind vacuuming frequently. For the price, it’s not a bad deal.

Well it’s currently in the trash. We have a major dog chewer. I liked that this was machine washable and did a few times. Seemed to hold up OK with washing, not great. Shrunk a tad in the dryer but still fine. But our rescue puppy (lab/great Pyrenees mix) destroyed it. As far as padding there really isn’t much. I felt badly that my dog might be uncomfortable with the lack of padding. We were about to purchase again as was one of the more inexpensive options that were washable but have elected to try a large bathmat this time. About have the cost and is a bit thicker for cushiand washable too. I have a feeling we will be throwing that out too in a few weeks/months.

This is the 2nd Midwest bed I have purchased for my 30lb dog. The first bed lasted 3-4 years before it reached a point of nearly falling apart. He still has the original in one of his sleep spots as it still works, its just losing a lot of the fur after 3-4 years or wear and washing. I purchased a 2nd pet bed and placed it my sofa so he has his own spot. These can be washed but I recommend delicate wash cycle, then lay out and air dry (drying a heat cycle will actually damage the back lining), then fluff in the dryer (with no heat) to help pull out any pet hair still trapped after the washing. I definitely recommend this product.

It is a pretty thin bed, which is fine because my dog gets hot very easily. He loves propping his head the sides and laying out. It fits perfect in his crate. The only thing I dislike is badly it sheds. I vacuum at least every other day, so it isn’t a huge deal for me, but be warned.Update: I ended up having to throw it away after a couple months of use. The stuffing all shifted to one area leaving nothing anywhere else. After washing it and letting it air dry twice, it not only looked awful but was fuzzy and was shedding even worse than it did before washing. So while the product was alright for a couple months, it is definitely not worth it in the long run and I wouldn’t recommend this.

not at all what I had expected….very thin and very small and I had measured prior to ordering so I knew what I was getting. this wasn’t soft at all my dog hated it and would pull it out of his crate prior to getting in there at night…within 3 nights of use it already had a large hole in it and the cheap batting was coming out…needless to say this is in the trash

The thickness of this doggy bed resembles that of a double folded towel from WalMart. I think this is literally worse than a prismattress but I guess if you want to punish your dog its perfect.I could have purchased a dog bed much thicker at petco for 24 bucks, really regretting this purchase!Even the material feels gross

When getting my new kitten, I needed a liner inside the cat carrying case so that she would feel comfortable and not slide all around. Finding a specific size for the cat carrier was proving difficult until I came upthis one, so nicely listed with the dimensions that juuuuust fit the carrier. When it arrived I unwrapped it and placed it inside the carrier. It is really nice and thick the sides, but the middle part where the pet would lay down is rather thin. The other odd thing is the noise factor. The filling is some odd sort that makes what I can only call a rustling foam noise, and for some reasmy kitten doesn’t like it.I’ve tried putting a laser light it, and she’ll step it to play but as soas the laser pointer moves away, she’s off the bed. Alas, a cat living up to it’s finicky nature isn’t anything surprising. She’s liked everything else I’ve purchased, just not this. In a pinch it’s fine to leave in the carrier for when she heads to the vet, and it wasn’t too expensive. I would have liked it to be versatile for more than that use, though. The other bad thing is because it is filled with that light styrofoam sounding filler, she’s able to paw and claw at it when in the carrier. I would have liked it better if it were heavier so that she wasn’t able to so easily get her paw around it.

Hands down, this crate bed is the best at balancing durability with soft material. I purchased the first bed in April 2015; I’m repurchasing this in November 2015My dogs are crated during the day. It’s been trial and error to find a bed that they won’t rip apart. They tend to pick at the stitching fluffy beds. They don’t fuss with this one. In additito the bed, I also add a fleece blanket. That gives them something to “fluff” when they’re getting comfortable. This bed is soft, but doesn’t have padding in the center. That makes it easy to wash compared with a thicker bed. When the bed gets towards the end of it’s life, it will start shedding the fuzzy material when being washed. I don’t find that to be a problem. It’s filtered out in the dryer filter.Enjoy!

My Zoie love this, at first when i put her in it she ran back out, the second time she kept knudging it then she fell in love with it. This bed is soft to the touch and comfy. I love it and so does Zoie.Update…..gave this its first wash gentle cycle and it came out looking the same with the exceptiof a little fur here and there. No signs of wear and tear so I am more than happy with this bed. Will be exceptionally happy if the 3rd and 4th wash and it holds up the same.

Super soft! My puppy loves it! I have not washed it yet but I am hoping that it holds up well. You will however find fuzz from this throughout the room it is used in from dogs/puppies digging and/or biting the material. There is NO inner liner, so no cover to remove and wash. It is very pliable though and I don’t think I will have an issue getting it into the washer.**Update** 09/21/16 The bed has held up well to my now 68 pound Golden Mountain Doodle. The washer does NOT like it and it goes into unbalanced mode each and every time so it is very difficult to wash. So unless you plan to take this to the laundromat, perhaps look elsewhere for a bed that has a removable cover. The “fuzzyness” all over goes away after a couple months of use.

My pet loves this bed – two things to remember though – don’t get one too big since pets like to let their head rest the edge and secondly I thought if I ordered a used it wouldn’t be dirty but washed – ugh – I ordered a new one and a used one – well – sorry to say I think the used one had a breed of fleas in it and my doggie really suffered for that – long story short – some dogs have flea allergies, they itch and it gets infected, then it brings down their immune system and they end up with a yeast infectiand lose their fur. If this ever happens to anyone out there – get them to the vet fast since vets really know more about yeast infections than I thought – natural products don’t always work and you can really arrest a yeast infecticontrary to what some of the natural ads say – I would rather go natural – but I learned if you take the chance of ruining your dogs immune system. With humans antibiotics with a yeast infectiis awful, but with dogs, you can give them an antibacterial with it and it helps. These are great beds and my dog likes his better than more expensive ones.

    Look up, Stay up :)

This is a perfect little bed that fits well inside a pet carrier, or wire crate / kennel. I like the little loop one end that I use to attach it to one end of a larger kennel so it doesn’t slip around. The slightly raised, cushioned side walls are used as a head / neck rest for our pet, or seems to keep them feeling cozy as the rest their backs against the wall. I like that its small enough to lay a couch or chair which I use to designate the “okay” place for my pet to rest a piece of furniture; it’s also easy to travel with, and easy to launder. The sheepskin style might be a little warm in the summer months, as i observed one of our dogs moving off of it and seeking a cooler surface to lie on, but it is likely a good two to three seascomfort. If it were somehow reversible to a woven fabric the other side, that would be the best of both worlds. I was happy enough with the first one I ordered that I bought a second one so each pet could have their own. This size doesnt take up much floor space at all, and can be stored easily under the couch or similar when not in use (though we leave ours out all the time).

It’s been my bed for maybe 10 minutes and there is already a cat happily enjoying it. I definitely wish that I’d gotten a larger size (I got 22×13), since he’s very thin but has a long body and could obviously do with a little more room. It seems well made for the price and is just the color I expected it to be, and I think it’s thick enough that he can knead it without going through the bottom of it. He’s happy, I’m happy, 5 stars.

I purchased a larger versiof this product for use as a dog bed for our pet which was really soft and more “tan” in color. Based that product, I decided to purchase a smaller versifor an alternate use… a mat for beneath our grandson’s car seat. This mat arrived in good time and good condition, however I was somewhat disappointed in the color and content of fabric (basic inexpensive ivory acrylic faux fleece). Although disappointed that this mat did not meet my expectations, it was at a good price point (less than $8) and met my needs. It fits perfectly under our infant car seat and helps protect the leather seat of our SUV.

Happy that I just received the delivery of this item, thinking the size of the box was a nice cushifor my dog. As I was taking it out of an over sized box to find that was just a poorly made thin product laying in the bottom of a large cardboard box lined with brown crunched up packing paper. I think that I should use the brown packing paper as it seems like it would be a thicker pad! This purchase was not a good decision. The material is very lightweight and the pad in the center? What pad???I know that as soas I wash it it will fall apart. Not worth the money spent. It will only serve as a very “short term” solutito a crate PAD (about a month). It is not a cushito any stretch of the imagination, even to a little dog. Very low quality and I already know just looking at it that I expect it to fall apart as soas it is washed because the way it was sewn together and the cheap materials used to make it will shed more than my dog will.Very disappointed of my choice! Take my advice and keep shopping!

I purchased the 30×21 sized bed and it is a perfect fit for my growing puppies. Although I do think in the future when they are full grown I will have to get a bigger sized bed. I needed a big dog bed since my pugs love to cuddle to sleep and this bed was definitely at a great price for the size! The material is really soft to touch with a light padding that is just enough.

This bed is pretty much what you’d expect for the price. That’s not to say that it’s not a good quality bed, it’s just not some huge, fluffy, luxurious dog bed. However, it’s not advertised as such, either, so you’re getting exactly what is advertised. I thought it would be a little more substantial, but it’s not. I guess I should have read the descriptibetter, so that’s my fault. This is really best for crate use or for traveling/the go.It’s not a thick, comfy bed that your dog would want to use a daily basis. It’s pretty thin, so it’s only a slight step up from sleeping the carpet. My dog does like it, though, so there’s that. It’s definitely worth the cost and it’s well-made. I have a 7-month-old German Shepherd who is the smaller side (she’s 48 pounds) and this bed is a cozy fit. She won’t be able to use it over the long-term, but it should be fine for the time-being. She especially likes the sides which are thick and stand up because of the filling. She uses the side of the blanket as a pillow for her head, so that’s a nice plus.I gave it five stars because I can’t knock the bed for not being something it doesn’t claim to be. Just be aware, if you’re looking for a daily bed that is thick and fluffy, this isn’t it. If you want a crate pad or a bed you can use in the car or vacation, this is perfect.

My cat sleeps our bed.We got this item and placed it her spot our bed. It did take a while (1 day) for her to get acquainted with it, but after that she sleeps it every night. The size is appropriate. It is bigger than her, but it allows her to lie down comfortably in any directions. Sometimes she curls up in a ball, while other times she stretches out. Either way, she finds her comfy spot easily the bed.She sends her thanks 🙂

Perfect for a carrier, crate or even as a pet bed in general. For a long time my cats have actually preferred these over big cushy pet beds. I can slide one under a chair or into other small spaces that they like to sleep. It gives them a soft spot to rest in all their favorite places. These particular Midwest quiet time pet beds are quite plush for their slim profile. I’ve gotten more use out of these than any other pet bed and they wash up nicely. If you have a pet that is difficult to remove from a carrier at the vet or elsewhere these come in handy. They slide right out with ease. I can slide a feral cat out of the carrier in just a couple seconds and then slide them right back in.I highly recommend this pet bed.

My puppy loves her bed. If you are looking for a thick, mattress bed this is not it. Bed is thin, padded sheepskin-like material. I love it because the whole thing goes in the washer. Nothing to unzip. Other beds the dog smell gets in the padding and after a while it fabric freshener isn’t enough. This bed will always smell fresh. My puppy is 50 lbs and as you can see from the photo she has ;ots of room to grow.

This bed is extremely thin the bottom, so if you are looking for something of an orthopedic nature for your dog, this is definitely NOT it. My German Shepherd likes it mainly because he knows its HIS spot to lie on, and he is just about to turn 3 so he’s young, but I will definitely be purchasing something of a more comfortable nature with foam/padding in it soon. I dont feel that this was wasted as my dog really prefers to sprawl out all over the floor anyhow…we just wanted him to have something portable to identify as his spot to lie down when we tell him to do so. We’ll throw it the floor in front of our feet when we watch TV and he’ll crash there…for a bit…and then walk off to do his rounds guarding the house. LOL. It serves its purpose but again, no padding to speak of.

I bought the 18 x 12′ for my bunny for Christmas (along with some supplements and a memory toy game) and he loves it! He is under 5 lbs (fully grown) and loves to rest his head the pillowy rim. He chewed one end of it at the beginning but that’s expected rabbit behavior 😉 He sleeps in my room with my dog, who has always had her own doggie bed and now he has one too. I wish I had bought him one years ago!

I bought this pet bed based all the raving reviews. But in retrospect, I should’ve paid more attentito the few that complained about how much it sheds. After the first 24-hours or so in my dog’s canvas pet home, I noticed my sedate 50-lb pit mix was gagging and choking while the mat. Realizing that it was the clumps of material coming off the mat, I threw it in the washer and dryer, thinking that would solve the problem. Within days, my dog was constantly trying to push the mat into the corner of her home and often she would have giant lint balls from the mat stuck to her face just from sleeping it. A 2nd washing didn’t help.To be clear, my dog not scratch, bite, tear this bed. It just sheds like all heck and doesn’t stop.

We’ve had this bed for about 4 months. It is a perfect fit for our crate – the dimensions listed are spot on. My dog (70 lb. lab/boxer) likes to rest his head the nice pillow part when he sleeps. We started letting him sleep with the crate door open, and he still returns to his crate/bed. I am not sure if that is because of comfort of the the crate or the comfort of the bed – but I have to count that as a plus. The durability also seems to be pretty good. I caught my dog chewing the synthetic underside that holds everything together. He tore off a strip of fabric about 4 inches long – I was glad to see that the bed did not fall apart.the bad side, this thing holds fur like no other, even after washing. I couldn’t find a black bed that had the same dimensions. The bottom layer is started to “pill” and seems to be wearing thin (but it gets a lot of use). Overall, I like it.

My nearly 15 year old cat loves these beds. I bought ones in the pet shop for almost double the cost. This is the same thing. This size is good for a cat. To judge the size she is about 14 lbs and hangs a paw or two off the sides. I’ve had others and after several years with a lot of wear and tear they do flatten out. But the old ones used by my cat and her late sister are still in use. I stack them one another for extra padding and put them in her favorite spots. They wash and dry by machine super well. Any pet stains come out very easily even in an emergency hand washing. In machine wash probably want to keep the cat hair laundry separate but the hair does come off when laundered. Can’t figure why they were different prices depending color. Pink was the least expensive. Well I have an old girl so color is just fine. Also was very, very happy with the third party shipper. Shipped separate from the rest of my order and faster than anything else I ordered. Would absolutely order from them again.

Our dog LOVES this bed! Before getting this bed for our dog’s kennel, we would lay several blankets down top of one another to provide a bed. With this new bed, we’ve been covering it with the same blankets, simply to help keep the bed clean. It is machine washable, and it has washed up fine for us, but we’re trying to reduce the amount of wash and wear it goes through. We have found that our dog loves this bed so much that during the night she will actually get up and move the blankets out of the way so that she can have direct contact with the soft material of this bed. It’s crazy, but she does it every night! In the morning when she gets up we re-arrange her kennel and lay the blankets back over the bed, only to have her get up and move the blankets out of the way again that night. This bed is a huge hit!

I drove from CT to FL recently with 3 cats and specifically purchased these to use inside their carriers. Not only do my cats love these, but they fit perfectly inside two different types of kennels I use (one is a classic Petmate Pet Taxi that is 23″ x 15″ and the other is 24″ x 16″ Petmate 2-door top load kennel). They machine wash wonderfully (just let them air dry). A few months later and they now use these all over my house. Great for protecting furniture and keeping bedding free from cat hair. They must be very comfy to kitties because mine actually seek these beds out and choose to lay these vs. directly the bed, furniture, etc. In fact, I bought another brand in a larger size at a big box pet store for a larger cat and he still prefers this smaller one! I will definitely re-buy if/when the ones I have ever need replacing. Highly recommend these!

My 20lb mutt dog loves this thing. My mother has one for her Westie and every time we visit, my dog is always stealing it. We also bought it because in out King size bed, my dog takes up about half of it, leaving a very small uncomfortable space for the Humans. I thought maybe if I bought this bed that my mom’s dog had, maybe he’d just sleep it. When we visit, he sleeps in it and we actually get to rest comfortably! It didn’t really work for us.. he’s still cuddled up (or spread out, however you want to say it!) with us in the bed at night. He just sneaks right in.But…We use it as a regular bed, not inside a crate but I’m sure if we did, we’d just have to buy the next smaller size down. But for outside, normal everyday bed use, this larger one fit my dog perfectly!

I bought two of these to replace older ones that had lost most of their fuzziness over the years and had been creating fuzzballs under the bed where one of my Westies likes to sleep. Unfortunately, the height of the border edging is simply too high and she won’t use them. Maybe if I’d purchased a smaller size she’d like them better. I’m going to try to cut the edging off and see what happens, but if I had to do it over again I would have bought from a local store where I could see it in person. I think the dimensions could be more clear and up-front about the height of the bolster. the smaller size, it says “24 x 18 x 11.2 inches” and that sounds really confusing. It would be better to say explicitly what is the overall width and length and then what is the height.

This bed is not that fluffy but that’s what I was looking for. I already had several thin blankets that I had in my puppy’s crate I just wanted something at the bottom to pad it a little. If I had an older dog this would not really be a good choice for needing a lot of support. It fits perfectly in side of my large crate (I leave the other side open for toys & food & water). I also saw these exact crate mats at Petco in all the sizes and colors & each one was about $5-$15 more than what it is selling for so this is the better deal here. A lot of reviews said the had a problem with the bed shedding a lot but mine has not shed at all. I washed it right away after I got it & it held up great. This may have also helped the shedding issue.

My baby girl likes napping in this bed, so I had to give it four stars for her. I’d probably give it three because I’m not that impressed. The bottom is very thin and the material is a little scratchy. It’s also smaller than you’d think; I expected one thing from the image but when I got it home, my girl took up most of the bed when she got in (she’s a 10 lb. calico). For now, I have this the floor not far from a heater vent (it’s the very cold winter here); the true test will probably come closer to summer but for now, it has the stamp of approval from the cat and a shrug from her human.

I bought this bed for my Jack Russell/Dachshund’s crate. I had a smaller “cuddler” bed in her crate, but she would stretch out over the sides, so I felt she needed more room. (She usually likes the cuddler-type beds for daytime and evening naps in various parts of the house.) Surprisingly, my dog loves this bed so much, she drags it out of her crate in the morning to her daytime “napping areas.” Now she prefers this to her other beds. (See photo.)

Man, I have this my Netherland dwarf rabbit’s bed as well as a larger size for in a crate that I use as a “timeout cage” for my kitty and bunny, which they weren’t fans of before; now, my kitten naps in the cage CONSTANTLY. They LOVE it. So much for timeouts!

My bunny Ed (named after Ed Sheeran as they are both gingers :3) usually ignores any furnishings to his home so obviously I was worried if I would be buying this as a decoratior for actual use. When I first put this bed in the condo, he hopped it, then feel asleep next to it not it lol. I figured he probably didn’t like it as with anything thing else. Maybe he’s used to the hardwood floor? Well this afternoI found him sleeping in the bed! I carefully took a picture but it is so cute 🙂 I love this little bed and relieved that he can finally sleep something soft instead of the floor! Thank you!!!

Item came the next day- I was blown away with the quick delivery. Gave my puppy time to get acclimated to the bed. It’s exactly as advertised. The bottom is made out of some sort of nyland the rest of it is furry / fuzzy and comfy for my puppy. The bottom once the puppy has used it several times flattens out but I’m sure it’s better than laying the plastic tray. My puppy was wanting to scratch and bite at it – puppy’s will be puppy’s. With a little firm NO here and NO there, that little problem was quickly solved. This morning is his first day in his new cage and bed. He absolutely loves it. All pet owners should have one of these in their pet cages. Now when I’m at work I do not have to feel so bad for the little fella laying blankets and towels.

This works perfectly for our dog’s kennel, where she gets to spend time during the day while we run errands, etc. I measured the interior of the kennel box prior to ordering and this was as close as I could find (30 x 21 fit perfectly in a 30-50 lb dog sized Petmate Kennel). The edges of the bed go right up to the inside edges of the kennel, so she is warm and comfy. The bronze color is nice, and it’s a very soft poly fabric. The bottom has a type of nylfabric that helps keep “liquids” from soaking completely through (in the event it gets wet).We also ordered this in the gray color for our puppy’s crate (medium size – 20-30 lb Petmate style crate), and it too fits perfectly. We have washed them several times already and they hold up well. Warning though, if there is a hole in it (our older dog chewed a small hole in part of the outer rim which is stuffed with green “stuffing”), it will come out all over in the wash.My suggestiwould be to sew any holes closed to avoid further loss of fluff. We will probably have to replace our large/bronze colored bed sobecause of this.

I have two cats: one is an 11 pound female, the other a 17 pound male. We bought a cheap bed from Walmart years ago that they love sleeping in, so I figured I would look for another one so they wouldn’t have to fight over the one we have. I kept seeing beds lightning deals, but I couldn’t justify paying 30+ dollars for one! I found this 22” x 13” bed for $6.99 + prime shipping and I was sold. The bed isn’t super padded, honestly who would expect that for the price, but I think it’s enough to keep them comfortable. The sides are definitely fluffy and the whole thing is super soft. I was worried this bed wouldn’t be big enough for my male cat, but he fits perfectly! Both of my cats enjoy this bed and lay in it daily. I think if I feel like I want to add more cushion, a towel or something small stuck inside would do the trick. Affordable kitty bed for the win!

I’m giving this item two stars because it has decent padding the sides and my dog seemed to like it well enough. However, I would never buy one again and I would urge others to stay away from this product. I feel it was a total waste of money (I paid about $18 in Dec ’14). The main problem is the bed itself “sheds” its material constantly. I initially expected that the brown fuzzy fabric chunks would eventually stop ending up all over my floors — once the item was no longer new. However, it’s now been four weeks and my family and I continue to find as many little pieces of this bed as we did the first day we got it. I’d vacuum/sweep in the morning and by late afternoon, I’d find myself doing it again. Not just around the bed, but the entire living room area where the bed lay. So we replaced it with another option. I’ve had dogs for the past ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever had such a bad experience with a dog bed. Based the the great reviews, I can only assume others have not had this happen to them. Good luck if you purchase this. Without the crazy shedding, it would be a nice dog bed.

This pet bed for the price, met my expectations. I ordered the 36 by 23 inch, white version. It color is sanitary white, which shows any dirt or stains. It helps for knowing when to clean but a pain for keeping presentational. The size I ordered will fit two small medium (20lb Shiba Enu) dogs. The size is as ordered, though a smaller size would be a snugger fit for just one dog.The material is fleece but a little the soft stitched side. If you pull at the fabric, it will let loose somewhat. It is average in softness for a fleece but seems to be very insulating. The fleece covers all but the bottom. The bottom is wear resistant cloth. The mattress or bottom padding appears to be one inch, semi firm foam. It is grid stitched to the bottom cloth. The rails are three inch fleece wrapped foam.

Nice little fleece bed and my tiny Shih Tzu pup loved it immediately – but he seems to think it is a chew toy (thus only 4 stars)! I now have it wrapped in an old, worn out flannel nightgown, which seems to have curbed his urge to destroy it.He already has a bed and a carrier, but I was inspired to buy this for its “lip.” I work at home, spending a great deal of computer time. Since my [less than 10-wk old] puppy seems to want to put anything he finds the floor in his mouth, I have snugged up a chair right next to mine so I can keep an eye him in my peripheral visiwhile I work (we take frequent play breaks with floor time, and he has toys in “his” chair – not to worry). The chair’s arms and back keep him fairly safe, but I was concerned when he almost stumbled off the front. I have placed this into the chair and it seems to make him more aware of the front edge of the large (for him) chair cushialready in place. He also loves to use the bumpers as pillows for his tiny head.I see the fact that the vinyl-backed center is “thin” as a benefit, since it folds easily enough to fit in my tote. I will, no doubt, bring it with us when we travel – even down the few blocks to visit my friend with cats (once he is cleared for same, after his final shot series).Hope this helps.xx,mgh(Madelyn Griffith-Haynie – ADDandSoMuchMore dot com)- ADD Coach Training Field founder; ADD Coaching co-founder -“It takes a village to educate a world!”

Weigh your cat before you buy. Mine is about 16 pounds. The 22″ by 13″ is cramped by my estimate. Cats however have very decided opinions about a comfortable fit! When the bed arrived, time, my finicky friend sniffed it and promptly laid down in the shipping box. Two squirts of catnip caused an instant transfer to the bed and love was born! The bed is soft, sturdy and does not slide around. It is machine washable in cold water and is an attractive color.I keep it next to my computer chair and she lays next to me in it, totally content, instead of walking the arms and back of my chair and jumping in and out of my lap when I work or play games my computer. A lot of pleasure for a little price. Looked at the same bed at two stores, one retail and one discount outlet . Same bed, twice the price of .I am so pleased that I am purchasing two more as gifts for friends with pets.

I purchased the 22″ x 13″ in gray. The actual size is 21″ x 11″ the outside, and 17″ x 7″ the inside. It’s a weird narrow rectangle which does not look like the picture at all. Besides the off measurement, it has a shedding problem. In the picture, the material looks tight and short, but the “hair” is actually loose and long and pieces of “hair” is already flying around in the air as I took it out of the plastic bag.

I would have to say this is a case of you get what you pay for..I like Midwest, I have bought many things of theirs and am extremely happy with Midwest. I guess this is just one of those, you cant be great with everything times. Its made out of a soft cloth but there’s zero stuffing in the bottom as far as I can tell. You would get as much padding from the floor if you laid a bed sheet folded in half down. Also the backing is some kind of paper or thin plastic that makes this loud crackling when ever you move it or the dog gets it. My dog does not like it.Though I highly recommend the brand, I wish I had passed this particular item.

I used to love this product so much that I re-purchased it every time it wore out. Our dog loved the bolster pillow, the whole thing was washable and sturdy and lasted about 2 years before needing to be replaced. However, the company must have decided to change the material to increase their profit. The newest versiof the bed is disintegrating before my very eyes! Every time the dog gets up, bits of it cling to her and fall off all over the carpet. She is NOT tearing it or biting it. The bed is literally coming apart. This is very disappointing, and now I need to go looking for a better-made replacement. Shame Midwest.

When packages arrive from my cats are right there to lay claim to the box. Well , when it comes to this pet bed you now come in second, I have rarely seen as an abrupt about-face as when I removed the pet bed from the box. It was as if that pet bed had the most potent cat attracting scent known to felinedom. Forget that box, into the bed. Hurry up get that plastic cover off.The bed fits perfect in the carrier that I got it for. It appears well made and it’ll get 5-stars if it washes well (and I remember to come back for an update).I was looking for something that was not cushy, I wanted something that fit well in the carrier and did not slide about or bunch up so that my cats could get some tractiand not be sliding the slick carrier floor. This fits the bill perfectly.

I just received this dog bed in gray. The large size I ordered is accurate, and it’s quality is actually great. These are typically used for crate bedding, however, I purchased mine to replace my pups’ old floor bed.Other reviews state the floor of the bed isn’t very “plush”, and really, it’s not overly thick. But it IS cushioned, and plenty padded. If one would feel that it wouldn’t be “comfortable” enough, a blanket could be added. Simple. If placed a carpeted floor, then it will be plenty soft & plush. The underside of the bed floor is made of a thick polyester-like material, and I’m betting, acts as a moisture barrier. The pad is also block-stitched for reinforcement, so no shifting of the material within. The rolled, raised sides are nice, sturdy and plush. They measure 4 1/2″ tall. The faux fur throughout is nice & soft. The bed is all one piece. No zippers or attachments to fray or pull apart. I’m happy & my puppies are pleased. The price and two day Prime shipping, couldn’t be beat! Thanks !

Both my dog and kitten love this bed. We’re going to start crate training tomorrow, so we assembled the crate, placed this bed inside, and were about to put the crate away for storage for the night. Surprisingly, our dog was very curious about the new crate, sniffing around the entry with his tail wagging. We thought wow, he might actually love crate training. He surprised us further by entering the crate without being told. This training thing will be a breeze, we thought. But then our dog grabbed the bed with his mouth, dragged it out of the crate, and began passionately humping his bed. He seems really into it, so we’re not sure if we should stop him or let him carry on. Meanwhile, the kitten is trying to get in the actiand roll around the bed too. After a minute, we said enough and put the bed back in the crate and dragged it into a closet. All the while, our dog looked on, very concerned about where we were taking his new love. So we’re not sure if it’s good or bad that he’s attracted to his bed, but it will probably make crate training easier.

My 1 year old golden retriever loves her bed. It’s not so thick and sturdy. She loves the padding around bed, she uses it as a pillow rest. The only problem that I am having with the bed is that it leaves white cottballs everywhere when she leaves out the crate.

I bought this bed to fit in a Midwest 1530 iCrate Single-Door Pet Crate 30-By-19-By-21-Inch. I recently got a dachshund/beagle mix from a shelter who is about 2 feet long and knew I should get a size that he can comfortably fit in but not have a tof room. The bed fits perfectly inside the crate. The first time he was put in the crate for a length of time, he had a small accident but all I had to do was put the bed in the wash and it came right out! No smell lingered either. I could then put it right in my dryer and it was ready to go.The bottom is made of nylwhich helps with accidents and it drying quickly. This does make the bed not as thick in the middle, but when the dog is in his crate, he has a blanket in there with him anyway. We have used the bed outside the crate to designate a sleeping spot and so far it seems to be working. The only cfor this bed is that my dog likes to “fluff” his sleeping areas and when he scratches at the bed, the material comes out very easily and goes everywhere. Luckily his blanket gets most of the fluffing so hopefully the bed lasts!

We purchased this bed to line the metal floor of our pet’s travel crate. In my opinion, this bed is not plush enough to be used for an everyday pet bed but it’s just right for traveling. We tried putting our everyday plush pet bed inside of the crate but it took up too much space and didn’t allow our lab mix enough standing room. Because this pet bed is a little the thin side, it actually makes it easier for our dog to balance herself in a moving vehicle when she wants to stand up to look around, or get into a more comfortable position. I made a huge pillow case out of an old beach towel to cover this bed to help keep it cleaner. You know how light colors show up any dirt and you can’t put this bed in a washing machine. The pillow case can be removed for laundering. Hope this review helps with your decision. This is the pet crate we purchased from : Midwest Life Stages Double-Door Folding Metal Dog Crate, 36 Inches

You’ll think I am crazy but I sent for one of these to see if it would work as a potential travel / away from home Indoor hotel sleep bed for my toddler. (We share a room with our children as they are still too small to want to sleep in a separate space.) We had a Shrunks Air bed that I loved for the fact it had sunken middle & sides (just like this pet bed) but disliked it for the noise it made when my wriggly little one moved around it during the night. Eventually it failed and would no longer hold air so the search began for a new sleep bed. I found a Leachco fabric bed that looked like the Shrunks but was soft with a padded base. These things however are pricey and while looking for alternatives I came across these pet beds. Long story short I sent for one, it’s awesome, my s& now daughter (I sent for a second) think they are great and call them their boat beds. I made extra internal pad from fabric and wool batting to create a soft snug sleeping area. We pack them up in a duffle bag along with bedding and check them in. We also take two Pacific Tent Bed Tents with us (these things pack up super small and take five minutes to put up) in which we place these beds. What can I say dogs and kids alike (well a least mine) love these things!

Originally bought the wrong size, forgetting that a 24″x16″ crate actually is smaller at the base than in the center. All my other beds for the same type of crate use the 22″x13″, I should have checked the other beds instead of looking at the size of the crate. The larger bed would have fit in the crate but would have been a little tight- this bed leaves a tiny bit of wiggle room against each wall. So take that into consideratiwhen buying, this size is a bit “loose” but the next size up is a more “tight” fit.The other Midwest Quiet Time beds I have purchased in the past (pink & blue) in this size have actually flattened to fit the crate floor as the pet sleeps it. The edges still stay firm & stiff, but the pad gets softer & limper allowing the bed to spread out more…The material this bed is much more fluffy than my other 2 beds, a more luxurious feel. It advertises the perk of the color is that it hides shedding well- funny in this case because it’s for my first black dog!! My other 2 dogs are tan so their shedding barely shows the light pink & blue beds. This pup has bad joints & this bed seems to be much thicker/ firmer than the other 2 beds we bought so I’m hoping it’ll stay that way for a while!!

I had bought this bed thinking it was bigger than what it was, I didn’t bother with the dimensions and marking it out before buying. So when I received the bed I was disappointed that only 1 cat would fit it. I had to go and pick up 2 kittens and I put it in the carrier and it fit perfectly. Since it has been extremely cold here it was great for the kittens to lay and it stayed in place unlike blankets or towels that move around. The kittens were fast asleep by the time I got home so they loved it.I use it for my older cat that loves to sleep the heating vent. I put the bed next to it and now she sleeps the bed but still gets the heat from the vent. Since she is skinny this works out great for her to sleep a soft bed and get heat at the same time. It washes up very easily and doesn’t lose it’s shape.

I bought 4 of these to lay Samsa dog beds. For the first month the beds worked fine, then they started to deform making it difficult for my dogs to lay completely them as they bunched up.The price was right, but they have become useless after only several months.I have added a picture to the photos showing how they bunch up.

I purchased the 30″ x 21″ white fleece first & cinnama month later for my recently rescued Tibetan Terrier. The cinnambed arrived yesterday. The white fleece is already dirty, so I will be washing it soon, but my dog sleeps it every night in the crate.I LOVE the cinnambed — it’s like a flattened teddy bear.My dog also loves the bed.I took the bed out of the box, took the plastic and tag off, laid it out the floor, and my dog came sniffed, bit the corner a couple of times, went inside the bed, scratched the middle a few times, and then thud. She was down. She was sleeping. As you can see in my video, she was lying down in the bed and I was trying to wake her up/make her get out of bed by sliding the bed around in a circle. But nothing happened. She stayed in the bed.

Product itself: It’s the sheep coat like material you usually find in some coat lining. The bottom is nicely stuffed and there is pocket stitching so the material should not move around like one reviewer I read stated. Has nice raised edges so the animal can nestle in it. I was thinking of getting with higher walls but I wasn’t sure if they were washable and how much a top load washer would damage it and for ~$7 this can’t get too much cheaper. My cat: He loves it. He’s 5 years old and is a large at about 18 lbs. He fits in it nicely and shifts around when he wants to. He used to lay my bed all the time to keep warmer in the winter with the blankets and comforter but with this my bedroom floor he climbs right it and sleeps and lays their more than any other place. So with my large cat almost any cat can sleep it or lay it that isn’t 22+lbs.

Nice dog bed! Simple, washable, and just enough padding for my mixed breed pup. I bought two of these — this off-white “wooly”-type one for her crate and then the same sized one in gray that blends in with the living room carpet. This off-white bed is great but if I was buying again I would go with another gray one cause the material is a little nicer. The gray feels like a plush stuffed animal, whereas the off-white is that fluffy faux shearling stuff you see a lot of dog toys made from, right? Except this stuff kinda sheds. Even after several runs thru the washer/dryer, I’m always picking little white tuffs off the floor outside her crate, just from her getting in & out a couple times a day.The gray stuff never sheds, and seems to dry a little faster, too.

Initially, I didn’t want to get my dog a crate but as she got older she became less reliable when it came to letting me know that she needed to go outside. Crate it is! My mom actually bought me one that she liked but it was metal and I was worried that it wouldn’t be very comfortable. She is a large dog and likes to crush herself up in corners when she lays down and I’d imagine that the wire could get pretty uncomfortable after a while. The bumper edge of this pet bed allows her to turn three times and smash into the corner of the crate comfortably. She still doesn’t like the crate but at least she is holding it and my new carpet isn’t ruined. When I was shopping for a pet bed I read tons of reviews of people saying that the bottom is too thin. It is thin but she’s a dog. 90% of the day she is knocked out the hardwood floor or the tile in the kitchen. I am sure it’s just fine and the bumper is what sets this one above all the others. Plus, it was cheap cheap!

Sam is my cat. Being a spoiled cat, he has his own room that was appropriated from a glass enclosed lanai. And within that room he has many assorted perches and favorite sleeping spots, according to his mood, his feeling of well being, or something as simple as the weather. “Sam’s Room” is not heated or air conditioned. Therefore, he tends to want to hole up in his crate. I put some flannel blankets in there but I felt he should have a little something more…and then I came across this pet bed. The foam layers keep him off and away from the cold hard surfaces inside the crate and the rolled edge all the away around gives him a pillowed surface he can snuggled inside of or lay his head on. I put it in when he wasn’t around but when he went out to his room that evening he found it immediately, went in and made himself his “spot” and hardly came out for two days. He just loved it! And that love affair with his favorite spot remained until we started to have our sweltering summer temperatures here in Florida. But come the cooler weather again and I know where he will be!

I’m typically long winded and attempt thoroughness in all my reviews but I’ll keep is short and sweet:This is a crate liner. An overpriced one at that. In our household, crate liners and dog beds are TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. This should be marketed as a crate liner and was not. Full stop. .So…as a crate liner, doghouse pad, or travel mat, this is adequate. As a comfy or remotely supportive dog bed for daily use? Well, my pets can’t speak but if they could–and granted, they are grumpy seniors–it would go something like, “Um, NO THANKS”.Even if this “bed” had been properly stuffed and cushiony, the “fleece” versihas a bight white slick fabric bottom (which is not shown in the photo) and that’s the least forgiving color earth. Again, in a crate: doable. the hardwood floors of a multiple pet home? Gracious, me!Sometimes I opt for quantity over quality as I like to replace beds as frequently as possible, but I’ve picked up less expensive, actual BEDS at big box stores for less. Here’s a rare occasiwhere I’m less than satisfied w/an purchase. As for the folks who are pleased w/it, I guess my dogs are just insufferably spoiled…

I have two of these beds for my rabbits, one in their cage and one the floor in a corner. They can both fit it together and they love to flop out and relax in their bed. It’s held up well to their digging too. I uploaded a picture and you can see how well my two fit in the smallest size bed.

We were looking for a pad to cover the cold, hard plastic pan provided with the Midwest crate we purchased. Since this was by the same manufacturer we naturally assumed it would fit perfectly. Needless to say it did. The padding is much denser than the cheaper options found at a big box store, and it also feels higher quality. Our puppy loves the raised edge of the pad when she’s sleeping. the negative side, while washing this pad is easy, drying takes a long time. The edge below the ridge seems to take hours to dry. Not a big fault, but worth mentioning if you need to quickly wash the bed after an accident. Two, and probably a larger concern, our puppy was easily able to tear off clumps of fabric. Like all teething puppies she’ll bite anything, and this bed is no exception. Because it’s a thicker fabric it’s easier for a dog to rip it out. She hasn’t eaten anything she’s ripped out, but it’s worth watching when you’re dog is initially in the bed.

For years we let our dog sleep in bed with us. But he stinks and had this one bout of fleas that stayed around for over 6 months so he’s been relegated to the floor. His bedding consisted of several old, worn comforters. He likes to burrow like many pooches so he creates a little cave for himself. This past christmas we decided it was time for him to have a bed. Instead of shelling out for a more expensive “cave-style” bed we opted for something that was soft and warm and would cut any chill in the winter. He likes to hot box himself so he’ll slip in under the comforter and sleep the bed while the mountain of comforter over him contains any and all of his 101+ degrees of body heat. He’s a 55 pound Pit Bull mix. Large enough to warrant at least this size bed when he’s curled up and he doesn’t hang over the edge too much when he stretches out. Most importantly, he really likes it and hasn’t chewed it up.

My boyfriend first purchased The Quiet Time in a large size a few years ago for his Chow Chow and she adored it so much we decided to get another one when we adopted our French Bulldog.REASONS THIS BED IS SO IDEAL:1. It adjusts to body temperature so the dog will not overheat (The Chow had a much denser coat than the bare bellied Bulldog and both dogs have been equally enamored with the bed and use it year round.)2. It’s sized perfectly for crates. We use the 24″ X 18″ Quiet Time in the Bulldog’s crate and ordered an additional one for her to lie around the house or for when she’s outside. (See Video…)3. It’s durable, soft, easy to clean, DOES NOT SHED, and is incredibly well priced. Also, the cinnamcolor doesn’t get dingy and dirty looking as fast as the paler shades and it’s also softer, fuzzier and plusher than the white Midwest bed. (We’ve tried both.)4. Dogs just adore it and ‘Sooner or later’ you gotta get one!

I got a new boy kitty when my elderly persian passed away and he didn’t seem to respect the fact that my mother’s elderly kitty was using the single sized beds and wasn’t happy to share. So I looked at options and guessed about what size to get for 2 cats. And I wasn’t sure the older cat would tolerate even sharing a larger bed with the new kitty.I have this my coffee table (we cat owners seem to let the cats take over our houses). I have a soft throw blanket under this pet bed. The older kitty now uses this over the smaller ones and snuggles up to the corner. She actually tolerates the new boy kitty, who now is twice her size (I had no idea this rescue kitty would grow so big in 6 months) sharing this bed. He just sprawls over the rest of the space. The edges of this pet bed are just tall enough to satisfy cats who like to curl up and lean against something.I don’t think the fact this is washable is relevant in my case. I only washed one of the 2 smaller beds I have once in 10 years. Cats just don’t get their beds messy or smelly. And I haven’t noticed any shedding of the fabric this bed. I would have liked to have better color choices, but that is just a personal preference.

54″ x 37″ i bought this in fleece for my german shepherd dobe mix & i was a little unsure of the size so i got the biggest! ITS like the size of my love seat and lol i just have to say maybe i should of got a size smaller? i wanted to make sure she had enough room to sprawl out and she has more than enough room..THATS FOR SURE! At first i didnt understand why she wouldnt lay down and its because she didnt have it in her lay down spot in the living i had to move it by the loveseat..all is well now! she can completely sprawl out this and it keeps her hair inside the bed.. i think the best way to get the hair out with this would be using one of those pet hair rollers.. 🙂 im very happy and i cant believe the size for the price! Even all three of my kids under age 6 fit in the bed with her when shes laying in it…so cute watching them pretend its their home with the dog.. 🙂 i will update if there are any problems :)UPDATE: (NOV 9TH)ITS STILL TOGETHER 🙂 ITS NOT ALL COVERED IN HAIR BY MY SHEPHERD.. AND SHE SLEEPS IN IT AT THE FOOT OF OUR BED NOW INSTEAD OF OUR BED MAKING OUR BED HAIRY 🙂 I LOVE THIS BED! I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! I’ve been sitting our 8 yr old Grandkitty for 3 months. She suffers from PTSD after 2 terrorizing vet procedures. She misses her mom, my daughter; took weeks for her to feel safe & warm warm-up to us. the first night she claimed the head pillows our bed as her own. Nightly stand-offs were not going well. This inexpensive bed was an attempt to keep her fine, chocolate brown fur off the bed & provide her a sense of security by staking a claim. Believe it or not, she took to it right away; she seemed to know it was for her. Here’s what I found:I chose the smaller versito fit our bed, yes, day & night. It fits her well, even though she’s a med-large, pudgy lady. It’s been run through the washer, nothing fancy, a 12 yr old top-load, delicate cycle w/cold water, then dried w/easy heat. Came out brand new. The material and weave the bottom (kinda like a med-weight poly sports canvas) makes it semi-waterproof which helped protect our coverlet from the hair ball I had to wash-up. (Luckily it landed in her bed, not ours!) Almost bought the fleece bed for softness, but this faux fur is truly soft, not stiff or scratchy as feared. The bottom isn’t heavily padded, so it wouldn’t be that much protectifrom a hard or very cold floor. However, it’s easy to move around so it’d likely be good for a car ride or the bottom of a kennel w/a few towels underneath for padding for the older or arthritic pet. The rolled edge is just enough to make her feel comfortably confined and, she often sleeps w/her head it as a pillow. Although it’s not a prob our bed, the bottom is rather slick so it’d probably slide around a bit over a hard floor. She’s not a ‘curled-up’ sleeper so she takes up most of the space this bed. Unlike a smaller, closed-in cat bed, our grandkitty likes to be able to snuggle-in yet see what’s happening around her at all times. So, this open concept bed suits her best.I need to buy 3 more. We have 3 young feline adoptees who were abandoned at a Fire Statiat only 4.5 weeks old (guess the previous owner thought there was a baby cat drop-off, no-questions-asked law). They’re complete opposites; relaxed, friendly, people-like in affection. Even so, for them, like my grandkitty, it’s probably a good idea to get them accustomed to a portable bed in case they ever have to go to a sitter, kennel or visiting. They’ll have the comfort of their own bed, handy to take along to remind them of home. I know my grandkitty’s bed will follow her home for continued snoozing & enjoyment. I recommend this bed for others to try. the other hand, if you’re a pet guardian, especially a cat parent, you know there’s no absolute way to predict if a pet will take to the bed we want them to use!I thought it was a good purchase & value. But then, it made the grandkitty happy, what’s not to like?

I purchased two of these – one for my pit bull puppy and one for my adult doberman. They are decently padded, although nothing I would call plush. Their overall appearance is fairly good as well, at least initially. I purchased a white one and a black one; I’ve had them each for about two months. The white one has quickly gotten dirty and is not appearing quite dingy. My dog does not roll around in dirty or anything like that. At least not beyond what your typical dog would do. They lay in grass and that sort of thing. But no digging holes, no running through piles of dirt, etc. But with it being white, I cannot fault the fabric for showing dirt. I mentithat primarily as a warning for others who may not think of it (as I did not). The two main issues I have with this bed are: 1) it does not stay put. I have a wooden floor and these things slide all over the place. Even without my dogs running onto them, just sitting down sometimes moves them (i.e. if the dog is leaning body weight against the wall as they sit down, it will cause the bed to slide some), and 2) these beds shed lint/fuzz like crazy! I have to vacuum or sweep up pieces of these beds at least three or four times per week. And this is after two months! I figured I’d have to only deal with it for a few days, but it’s apparently a characteristic of the bed. So overall, if this is something you’re maybe getting to put outside your screened porch, then it may be good. Or something for a basement or garage or maybe in a crate. But for me, they’re just too slippery and too messy to have in the house. Just keep in mind your purpose and placement plans when purchasing. Price was good though – for what you get.

This is my third Midwest Quiet Time Pet Bed, my puppy has the small, medium, and large, and each one is perfect for her. She’s only had one accident which wasn’t a problem because the bed is washable. Keep in mind that regardless of the size it is better to wash by itself and a delicate cycle. For drying I also dried it a delicate cycle, which took a little longer, but I didn’t want to take a chance of ruining the pet bed.I have all 3 Pet beds one top of the other in her crate, however when she goes into another room I remove the top bed for her to lay on. She’s going to be a large dog so placing all three beds in her crate is perfect give as she grows and gives her a little extra cushiall around and as she gets bigger. Once that happens I’ll just remove one pet bed at a time until she too big for multiple pet bed layers; then she’ll just have another blanket to go with her bed.Overall, I would definately recommend this ped bed, regardless of your puppy or dogs size; I’m sure they will appreciate it, my puppy does.

First and foremost, I understand I was buying a smaller pet bed. It was intended to put in a crate, with a puppy panel and I would get a larger one as the puppy grew. I measured the crate and decided 22″ x 13″ would be about the right size for now. The bed arrives and it’s tiny. As My jaw dropped I reached for the tape measurer. It’s maybe 20″x12″. Thinking maybe I read everything wrong, I went back and read what I purchased. To make matters worse the descriptiin the product details states 26.8″ x 22″ x 10″. What? I’m not a rocket scientist, but I’d really be curious as to how they came up with those. It’s not close to those nor the 22×13 and I tried every way to stretch the bed to give Midwest the benefit of the doubt.Secondly, the quality is pretty average at best, but then again, you get what you pay for. I learned that after the Midwest lifestages crate came a few days ago and it was equally as bad. There’s a reasthis thing is so cheap. It’s small and I can see this thing falling apart in about a month or two. I would have given it 1 star, but I think I need to add a star because my expectations should have been different for $11.

Our medium-large cats (12 lbs each) were constantly trying to cram two of them into a tiny oval pet bed barely big enough for one, so we ordered a larger bed for them, as well as a new single for our loner cat for her favorite corner. We went too large the first order and got a 3rd one to find just the right size. So here is measurement informati3 of the Midwest Quiet Time Pet Beds. Check the “customer images” to see these beds side-by-side for comparison.22 x 13 Interior: 17 x 8.5 – Appropriate size for one cat or small dog, but if they like curling up and this is for the house, choose an oval bed instead. This is a very long, narrow rectangular shape. Good choice for a crate or pet carrier of those dimensions however.30 x 21 Interior: 23 x 16 – Gives two cats or small dogs room to sleep together without being too crammed. Of course, because cats are perverse creatures, one will lie in the bed while the other lies next to it the carpet and just drapes one paw over the edge.36 x 23 Interior: 29 x 17 – My daughter who is 4′ 4″ and 50 pounds curled up this one quite comfortably; it would accommodate a dog of her length but heavier weight quite easily. Some of the sizes are a longer rectangle than one would think by looking at the product picture, as the picture does not vary based the size selected by the user. To measure out the dimensions before ordering to make sure it’s really the appropriate shape for what you need. All of the pet beds were cozy and easily accepted by the cats. The edges are a good height to rest one’s chin or to lean back against while sleeping.

The Midwest Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed Fleece is a useful pet product from Midwest Homes for Pets. It is one of multiple different dog beds sold by this manufacture but among them, this one ranks as the most practical. Its design is soft, it is machine washable, and it is easy to roll up and store. This dog bed has been part of my household for less than a year, but it is already a huge hit with my west highland white terrier. My dog isn’t permitted the furniture or beds due to his bad habits, so I decided one day to purchase him a dog bed so that he wouldn’t be forced to sleep the hard tile floor. He took a quick liking to the bed thanks to its softness and he has been enjoying his sleep better and staying asleep longer than he was before.Dogs can have accidents and mine is prone to them, so I knew it was only a matter of time until he had his first accident or near this bed. Now, with some other dog beds, it would be very difficult to get the bedding completely clean, but it is easy with this dog bed because it is machine washable. You just place it directly in the washer, then transfer it directly to the dryer. It comes out clean and soft, ready to use again.Midwest Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed Fleece has proven itself a very good additito my dog’s sleeping habits, but this isn’t the perfect product. First, the base cushioning isn’t very thick and you may need to place a folded up blanket underneath to get a more ideal level of cushioning. Another problem I have relates to washing. I am very thankful that this dog bed is machine washable, but if it gets washed too much, it slowly starts to fall apart, as I have experienced. So, if you buy this dog bed and find yourself washing it frequently, I recommend using the most gentle cycle possible, in order to keep the bed in one piece.Dogs deserve a soft place to sleep and the Midwest Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed Fleece provides exactly that. It does have a few small issues, but it is still usable and my dog loves the comfort it provides.

I bought a small and a medium for my cat and dog. Both pets took to the beds immediately.I think the key thing here is “value”, these beds are a bit thin but they were very cost effective and the quality is reasonalby good. I worry a bit about my dog, she weighs about 50-60 (a lab) and I don’t feel this provides much padding for her but it’s definately better than laying directly a hard floor. This being her ‘indoor’ back up bed, it is very easy to move around, or even wash so it serves my purpose very well. The whole bed is light and one piece, you just put the whole thing in the wash machine; I don’t suspect it is going to last for ever but again, I think it was a good value.I gave it a 5 star due to the value, I realize this isn’t the best bed but it is everything I expected and more at this price range.

This little dog bed is a great bed. I bought one for my 6-week old BostTerrier and he still loves carrying it around the house and laying it, now at 5-months. Little Dunk the Lunk took to this bed right away. It’s washable, which is awesome, and it’s also surprisingly durable. While Dunk was able to tear out some fuzzies, he’s yet to break through it, and the thing has taken a beating. Duncan spends 50% of his time with it trying to destroy it, and the other 50% of his time apologizing to it and sleeping it.This is also the perfect bed for inside of a crate. I had mine inside of Duncan’s crate, but he just disagreed with that noticompletely, and prefers to carry it around the house from room to room. Zany dog.Nevertheless, an awesome, inexpensive, and durable pet bed.*UPDATE!*Updating this several months later, this bed is still great and has still held up. The one thing that I will add is that my dog, who has since matured, has dog-sex with this bed at least once a day. I’ll be sitting there using my computer, enjoying the day, and then I’ll look over and my randy terrier will be taking out his pent up biological aggressions this sorry bed. After about ~50 seconds of hard work, Duncan the Dog lovingly passes out top of the bed, exhausted. Standing the test of time, the bed holds up after numerous washes. Given such abuse, I’d like to give it 6 stars out of 5.

No. 1 reasI bought this bed is it has the rolls aka bolsters around the edges. Possum, my dog, loves to have something against his back (usually its my pillows). No. 2 reasI bought this bed, its washable. Possum is a wet, dirty farm dog. However when I removed Possum’s normal bedding material, an LL Bean Dog Car Seat Cover (a large two sided-one canvas, one fleece-thick pad which is also washable) from his normal bedding area and replaced it with the Quiet Time Pet Bed, Possum was not keen for this new “Quiet Time” bed. He would lay in it sometimes but he started moving around and sleeping in different places. So I got the old, freshly washed LL Bean Car Seat Cover doubled it over, put in its original locatiand then placed the new Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed top. Now then, Possum settled right in it. (See shared photos, Possum is the “contraire” BC with the half white, half black face.) The horizontal/bed part of the Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed is too thin and was not giving Possum enough insulatifrom the cold floor. Once the large LL Bean doubled over mat was added as padding he loved his new improved bed! He uses the bolsters to lay and rub his head as well as positioning himself with the bolsters against his back. You trade some padding/insulatifor the washability of this item but if add additional (washable) padding underneath the Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed I think your dog will appreciate the extra cushioning and you will be able to wash all the components as needed. I’m happy with the value of this product as I saw this bed at a local pet store for about 30% more. It also qualified for my Prime so I got free shipping and I didn’t have to pay the ridiculously high sales tax the area in which I live charges. I’m ordering another Quiet Time Bolster Pet Bed for Possum when he stays at camper our farm. I prefer grey, it doesn’t show dirt so much.

I bought 2 of these, IN the WRONG size! I decided to keep them and give them away and ordered another larger one for my German Shepherd (115 lbs). Hope I got it right this time. I HAD measured her, but the 36″ was way too small for her. I ordered the 48″ this time. Hope it’s right. Her body is 30″ long, not counting her neck and head. So I thought the 36″ would work. The mat interior is 30″x17″ approximately. The wall makes up the rest of the dimensions. So order appropriately. The material and workmanship is quite good. The bottom is NOT very soft and she is an old dog. I WILL have to supplement it with a pad of some sort underneath it when it’s NOT sitting a rug for that extra comfort that old dogs need. If it had a thicker pad, though, it would be difficult to wash, I think, so it’s a trade off.Update: The larger size was just right so I ordered the second one that I needed (4th order). They sent the wrong item. It was the wrong manufacturer, wrong size (bigger), wrong material. I’m in the process of returning it now. They didn’t have the one I ordered in stock and just substituted another bed. I wasn’t happy. So, check to make sure you get what you ordered.

We got this charcoal-colored pet bed for one of our black and white cats who loves to lie in our nicest living room chair. We used to have a white fleece pet bed there but it proved to be very difficult to clean and began looking ratty in a relatively short amount of time. The fleece acted almost like a magnet and to get the cat hair off proved close to impossible. The Midwest Quiet Time Pet Bed is not the softest I have seen although our cats took to it immediately so I don’t think it bothered them. The fibers are definitely a bit the coarse side and not “wooly” like the typical fleece pet bed. They also are a lot less luxuriously shiny as they seem to be in the product picture. But the color is great for those black and white creatures whose hair tends to look gray when deposited surfaces. Moreover it seems to be easy to vacuum the hair off of – the material is by far not as clingy as the traditional white fleece fibers.Padding was not an issue for us since – as mentioned above – this is sitting top of a living room chair. But I don’t think it is particularly thin or thick. It is just your average pet bed thickness. So all in all we are happy with this cat bed. And it is large enough enough that even our biggest cat can comfortably lie stretched out his back. I would buy this again.

UPDATE: March 11, 2011We were so pleased with the Powder Blue Bed that we ordered the Periwinkle. The 24 x 18 size is a perfect fit for using in Lola’s  to make her ride more comfortable. The Midwest Quiet Time FashiPet Bed, Powder Blue, 22 x 13 is the ideal sizefor the  we recently purchased. The width is ideal and the length slides up about 2″ in the back of the carrierwithout impeding any air flow either the length or width. The color is terrific and doesn’t clash unduly with the green color of the carrier. It simply makes for a much more comfortable ride for our Lola’s 4 pound size.Since we have not as yet had to wash it, I cannot comment its durability. However, I will update about that after laundering, which should not be too long from nowsince our Lola is a 12 weeks old puppy and accidents happen.I would buy another if necessary but recommend buying a size that accommodates your pet’s needs.~ Mrs. B. ~
